AMUT - Model EA Series - Single Screw Extruder
Extruders with screw diameters suitable for applications requiring precision and reliability. Ideal for the manufacture of small profiles, gaskets, pipes and technical products. Also employed as laboratory machines for research and quality control activities. AMUT single screw extruders of the EA series can also work as co-extruders. For such application, easily integrable versions are available to fit each type of extrusion line. This configuration is possible due to our special base design, with moving and fixed positions, which can be adjusted in height and angle for a quick connection to the extrusion equipment. Especially suitable for the co-extrusion of colored identification stripes on pipes in PP, PE and other, inner/outer sheathings, functional layers for multi-layer pipes and foils.
AMUT - Model LS Series - Single Screw Extruders
Technology and reliability for the extrusion of pipes, profiles, foils, sheets, granules and other products. AMUT extruders of the LS series are suitable for the manufacture of profiles, pipes, gaskets and other products. A pulley drive transmission allows versatility and space reduction. It enables a high flexibility of use, due to the accurate choice of the reduction ratio, the speeds and the greatest torque value applicable to the materials to be extruded, still utilizing a low installed power. Furthermore, future production changes will be facilitated by the easy modifiable drive transmission ratio. Wide range of screw geometries designed for each material giving maximum output rates or have multi-purposes features to combine versatility and efficiency.

AMUT - Model BA Series - Twin Screw Extruder
The counter-rotating, parallel twin screw extruders are the ideal solution to meet the requirements of an always more competitive market. The AMUT new generation of twin screw extruders, equipped with high torque gearboxes, can process PVC dry- blend compounds or granules to obtain high-quality products having better mechanical properties, due to the optimal plasticizing action of the material, lower cost for additives requirement in the base resin, melt flow optimal homogeneity and high output at low screws RPM

AMUT - High Friction Pre-Washer
The high friction on the surface of the bottles allows to remove in a very short time both labels and surface dirt, which are separated through a grid capable to eliminate also inert materials such as: sand, glass, stones, small-sized metals. The residence time in the treatment is presettable, as well as the filling level of the machine which operates continuously. Washing water draining out of the washer is collected and filtered, in order to be reused more times and its quality is kept constant by the regular top up of the waste water coming from the flakes washing process. If required by the quality of the processed bottles, recirculation water can be heated and conditioned by chemical detergents.
