The U-Anchor 2200-Plate is a lightweight rooftop attachment consisting of a U-Anchor 2000 series plate. The U2200-Plate is made to be mechanically attached to the roofing system and flashed in using separate waterproofing method approved by the roofing manufacturer. This is ideal for built-up roofs and pour-able sealant kits.

The U-Anchor 2400 is a integrated solution for all single ply membrane applications, consisting of a U-Anchor plate with a 3/8”-16 X 1 3/8” stainless steel stud and a 12” X 12” membrane cover. The U-Anchor plate is fastened over the roof membrane to the structural roof deck and the factory attached membrane cover is then welded to the roof membrane creating a permanent seal. The cover can be made from the same brand as the roofing material. Please specify a brand when possible. Nuts and lock washers sold separately. Alternate colors other than white are available on request.

The U-Anchor 2600 Asphalt is a integrated solution for modified bitumen & built up roof applications, consisting of a U-Anchor plate with a 3/8”-16 X 1 3/8” Stainless steel stud and flashing. The plate is placed over the existing roofing and fastened to the structural roof deck. The factory supplied flashing is then sealed to the plate and the roof material creating a permanent seal. The flashing can be made from the same brand as the roofing material.Please specify a brand when possible. Nuts and lock washers sold separately. Alternate colors other than white are available on request.

The U-Anchor 2600 Coatings is a integrated solution for all coated acrylics, SEBS, urethane foam & other roof surfaces, consisting of a U-Anchor plate with a 3/8”-16 X 1 3/8” Stainless steel stud and flashing. The plate if fastened over the existing roofing to the structural roof deck. The factory supplied flashing is then sealed to the roof material creating a permanent seal. The flashing can be made from the same brand as the roofing material.

The U-Anchor 2000 is a integrated solution for all full adhered single ply membrane applications, consisting of an encapsulated U-Anchor plate with a 3/8”-16 S.S. fused to a 16”X16” membrane target. The target is welded to a fully adhered roof membrane. The Target can be made from the same brand as the roofing material. Available with and without a membrane attachment ring. Each U-Anchor 2600 Coating includes a Liquid Flashing Reenforcement Fabric. These are replacements in the event the originals are misplaced.

Membrane Separator Disks provide an approved separation barrier between the roof membrane and rooftop equipment such as L feet and Stand-off Posts 3″ O.D. and a 5/16″ I.D.

For use with U-Anchor 2000 over Mechanically Attached roofs. Sold individually. Available in TPO, PVC, KEE, & EPDM.

Aluminum Stand-Off Post tapped on both ends at 3/8″-16. Sold individually. Available in heights of 2″, 3″, 4″, 5″, & 6″.
