WeldPro - Model 360 LRW 18P - Mig Welding Arms
WELDPRO 360 LRW-18P Mig Welding Arms reduce or eliminate non-arc time welding-related tasks, shop floor clutter, and employee safety issues. They provide complete coverage anywhere within a 56` diameter semi-circular welding zone. The welding arm`s main pivot assembly mounts to your existing building column, freestanding column, or the optional mobile base and column assembly. There are two boom arms, a primary and a secondary. The primary arm is connected to the main pivot assembly which provides a maximum of 192° of semi-circle rotation on a horizontal plane.
WeldPro - Model 360 LRW 10ML - Mig Weld Manual Arm
WELDPRO 360 LRW-10ML Mig Welding Arms reduce non-arc time welding-related tasks, shop floor clutter, and safety hazards. The WELDPRO 360-10ML provides complete coverage anywhere within a 40` diameter sem-circular welding zone. The WELDPRO 360 LRW-10-ML comes with two arms; a primary arm and a secondary arm. The primary arm is the short arm which is attached to the column-mounted pivot assembly. The pivot assembly has a maximum of 192° of semi-circular rotation. This provides complete coverage within a 40` diameter semi-circle when using a 15` Mig welding gun. Weld process controls are placed at the end of the boom arm within easy reach of the operator reducing time spent walking back and forth to make weld setting changes.
WeldPro - Model 360 - High Vacuum Welding Fume Extraction System
WeldPro 360 High Vacuum Welding Fume Extraction Systems are integrated with the WeldPro 360-LRW Mig Welding Booms and Arms Mobile systems are also available. Every welding job generates fumes and smoke that can be hazardous if inhaled. During the welding process, vapors, floating metal particles, and ultra-fine microparticles are created that contaminate the air the welder breathes. In large weldments, and sometimes even on small weldments, fume extraction is often challenging to incorporate in a highly productive way. That`s because as the welder moves to other areas to weld they have to stop and move the fume extraction hose near the weld joint. In many applications, fume extraction actually hinders productivity with lots of time spent frequently repositioning the equipment.
