The valve is available from DN300 to DN2000, for PN10, PN16 and PN25. The body is made of two elements. Angodos - Axial Type Control Valve

ANGODOS AG-AX is a flanged axial type control valve manufactured from a single cast.ANGODOS AG-AX is a flanged axial type control valve manufactured from a single cast iron body or mechanical welded body that allows reduce and control flows in a pipeline with high precision and security. The sealing system is made of EPDM vulcanized to a stainless steel ring which is the base for a tightness seal, and a stainless steel piston which will move in the same direction of the pipeline. Due to the guided piston system with quad-ring seal and the movement transmission system of rack-pinion, the piston is operated with high precision and very low torque, optimizing the operation while minimizing costs.

Made with a single chamber body, it discharges air during pipeline filling, allows the adduction of large volumes of air during draining or pipeline bursts and can evacuate air pockets during working condition. The design allows a smooth passage for air flow, maximizing the air flow rate, due to aerodynamic inner lines and full bore. The innovative venting system allows an automatic air release during working condition, maximizing the piping system capacity. Optionally anti-slam system or inflow system can be fitted to the valve.

Automatic closing happens when the flow direction changes because of the offset and the counterweight. The end of the closing movement can be optionally damped The valve offers maximum safety due to the mechanic design, working without the need of any energy source.

ANGODOS MNZ is a flanged check valve with multi-orifice.ANGODOS MNZ is a flanged check valve with multi-orifice system that will automatically close by the effect of a speed reduction. It consists of a body made of two conic parts made of welded Steel or ductile cast iron. This parts of the body flange a multi-orifice disc made of stainless Steel which is the base for the closing. The body also includes Windows for maintenance works and optionally the installation of a by-pass system. The nozzle are completely vulcanized of EPDM (other elastomer available for every kind of fluid) assuring an uniform seat and avoiding critical leaking by pressure discontinuities at the sealing area. The nozzles will move always guided by the use of shafts in the fluid direction.
