Elastomer Bonding Service

Elastomer bonding utilizes a silver-filled epoxy compound that is rated to 250 °C. These bonds work well for applications with high temperatures, and are often less expensive than a metallic bond. However, elastomer bonds do not offer the thermal and electrical conductivity available in a metallic bond. An elastomer bond is very rigid.

In addition to our engineering and machining facilities, Angstrom Sciences has a complete R&D coating production lab with DC, mid-frequency DC, and RF compatibility. We provide single or multi-layer film samples to prove process or magnetron performance.
