Smart Valve technology has arrived!  These self-tuning valves work with most rate controllers on the market today and automatically adjust to the proper application rate, they are the answer to all your VRT and fixed rate needs. By moving the flow control method out to the section distribution manifolds, you virtually eliminate the gas buildup caused by the pressure drop of a centrally mounted control valve. This results in a more efficient process while increasing application speed and maintaining excellent row to row consistency without the need for orifices and extra filters. Smart Valves are also daisy-chainable which eliminates the need for any type of flow divider.

Super Cool systems are built around a one-piece, fused stainless steel heat exchanger where the cooling surface area is more accurately measured in square feet rather than the “few hundred square inches” used by the industry today. To provide maximum efficiency and reliability with minimal waste these heat exchangers are completely sealed, meaning no o-rings or gaskets that can leak, no internal coolant tube to plug up, no more headaches that come with tube and shell type heat exchangers. When it comes to efficiency, standard NH3 systems can use from 100 to 200 gallons of ammonia every hour for cooling and all this is lost through the cooling vapor lines. The aNH3 Super Cool systems can be as much as ten times more efficient. That’s ten times less waste! Or, to look at it in a new light, between 90 and 180 gallons saved every hour that can be applied properly as fertilizer.

Gauge Trees are hard to beat for reliability, tried and true they are the most economical way to monitor row by row application. aNH3 offers gauge trees in 12,16,18, and 24 row sets with standard connections for 1/4″ EVA tubing.

The Tablet Monitor – simple and precise input on a durable touchscreen. Lighter weight and more compact than most monitors giving it the ability to mount virtually anywhere. It also includes a removable keyboard.

The EVE Module – the hub of the information gathering system taking pressure and flow rate information from all the rows and platform and feeding it to the monitor. The EVE module is daisy-chainable to monitor up to 72 rows!

The Power Box – providing all the power needed for monitoring and communication of the system and it plugs right into your cab power supply.
