We manufacture heavy-duty type ATS110-110 balers, adjusted to your specifications, and with a large 120 x 190 cm filling shaft, 5 horizontal binding devices, 110–205 ton compression force, and 45–180 kWs of power. We also offer smaller balers such as the ATS75-100 and ATS75-75. Each baler can be equipped with an anti-blocking system for dealing with congestion due to an excess of loaded material. We also offer smaller automatic channel presses without the binding device for water extrusion from the waste during paper production.

We offer balers with great compression force and an additional binding device for cross-binding. It can bale PET packaging of up to 110 x 77 x 120–150 cm in size and weighing 400–500 kg. It will enable the loading of more than 22 tons into a 40`` container.

The above-mentioned solutions are already available. New demands on us only mean new challenges. The bale can be bound according to the weight of the material transported into the baler. The material can be partially torn apart for easier filling if there are very large pieces at the filling entrance. We offer a baler that is adjusted to the baling of wet material and to having water leakage. Slide sleeves and other exposed parts are made of solid, wear-resistant materials because of the abrasiveness of the glass and rock wool materials.

The balers in this section are suitable for Printing offices, cardboard factories or cardboard packaging manufacturers, aluminum foils, hygiene paper. The balers are uppgraded to prevent affection by dust and small pieces. Ussually have custom made solution that includes a transport system from the origin of the waste to the baler.
