The ANKOM 2000 Fiber Analyzer has been subjected to rigorous testing over a broad range of sample types, and is used by ANKOM for the NFTA and AAFCO check sample programs. The ANKOM2000 Fiber Analyzer provides increased automation to enhance laboratory operations and reduce labor costs.

The ANKOMXT15 Extractor provides an Official Procedure for efficient and economical solvent extractions. The ANKOMXT15 Extractor has been subjected to rigorous testing over a broad range of sample types. Fat ranges from 0% to 100% have been determined using this procedure. Filter bags serve to simplify handling and enable batch processing. The XT15’s Automatic Solvent Recycling and Activated Charcoal Filter elminates the need for a vent hood and reduces costs.  If using solvents such as diethyl ether please ask about seal upgrades.

The ANKOM HCI Hydrolysis System provides an easy method for performing the hydrolysis step in total fat/oil analysis. Taking up little counter space, the ANKOM HCI allows for batch hydrolysis of up to 15 samples at a time. The technician inserts up to fifteen samples into the vessel, adds the acid solution and follows the system screen prompts.

The DAISYII Incubator has been subjected to rigorous testing over a broad range of sample types. Results can be determined for In-Vitro True Digestibility, Apparent Digestibility, Rate studies, Neutral Cellulase Gamanase Digestibility, and other related studies for all feeds and forages. The DAISYII employs filter bag technology, which encapsulate samples and prevent filtration errors. Filter Bag Technology also enables batch processing of 100+ samples at a time.

Quantity discounts apply at 1000, 5000 and 10,000 quantities. The F57 filter bag now incorporates a process called point-bonding to laminate the various layers of the filter matrix. This process causes some noticeable “points” to be visible, however this does not affect the porosity or flow characteristics of the material. Exhaustive testing was done to confirm consistency and results before making the process change.

The F58 filter bag is mainly designed for customers working with small grind size samples (0.5 – 1.0 mm screens) to support NIR analysis and some samples known for significant pulverization during grinding, regardless of screen size.

For use in the ANKOM Dietary Fiber Analyzer. This bag is used in the upper section when only a Total Dietary Fiber (TDF) value is required. The DF-FT bag allows the entire contents of the enzymatic digestion to Flow Thru to the lower SDF chamber. Bags are sold in quantities of 100. Discounts are applied at quantities of 300 (3 packages of 100) and 1,000 (10 packages of 100).
