Polyvinyl Chloride PVC-S
The major product of ANWIL SA PVC&PVC Compounds Complex is suspension-effected polyvinyl chloride. The trading name of the PVC of Włocławek is POLANVIL. The material meets the highest quality requirements. The quality of POLANVIL is determined by the plants features, including: stripping fittings - for unprocessed vinyl chloride remains removal, a computer system for production control, the size of the reactors (a 40-ton lot of the product can be obtained from one reactor). The above features are vital as they guarantee homogeneity of the product throughout the lot, as well as quality repeatability in the subsequent lots. Repeatability (understood as constant high quality) is extremely essential in PVC processing.
Rigid Technical PVC Compounds
Very good extrusion moulding using both one-screw extruder and two-screw extruder, high efficency and good mechanical parameters make hard technical compounds from ANWIL SA a good material for all kind of profiles and mouldings. When producing eletroinstallation systems rigid injection moulding compound seems to be indispensable.
Dry-Blends
Very good extrusion moulding, high efficency and good mechanical parameters make dry-blends from ANWIL SA a good material for all kind of profiles and mouldings. Foamed blends are recomended to produce light-weight goods. The basic division of dry-blends: dry-blends for window profiles, dry-blends for fine building profiles, dry-blends foamed, dry-blends for drinking water pipes.
Granulated Caustic Soda
Granulated Caustic Soda is manufactured under the license of the Swiss company "BERTRAMS". Sodium hydroxide is one of the basic chemical raw materials and it is used in nearly all branches of industry. It is used as raw material (sodium carrier) in a variety of syntheses in the production of surface active ionic agents, in pharmaceutical industry (in the production of aspirin, salicylic acid, sulfaniloamids, among others), for aluminium winning in bauxite processing, for extracting water-glass from silica, in the production of fats and soaps, and in a number of other organic and non-organic syntheses.
