A.O. Smith MEA products

The expansion tank shall be A. O. Smith model -TW _____ The tank will be internally lined with a polypropylen liner for corrosion protection. Fitting will be stainless steel. The tank will have a butyl rubber diaphragm separating air and water. Tank will have an air valve to adjust the air pre-pressure to the actual water pressure. The tank will be suitable for a maximum water pressure up to 150 PSI/1020 kPa. Warranty will be five years. Tank will be manufactured in U. S.

When jacketed or insulated these models meet R12.5 minimum thermal insulation requirements of the U. S. Department of Energy and current edition of ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1. ASME storage tank to be A. O. Smith custom-line model. Capacity to be gallons with a diameter of  inches. Tank(s) shall be constructed and stamped according to ASME specification for psi working pressure. Manhole (12 X 16), handhole (4×6) or inspection openings (2-2?) shall be installed in accordance with ASME code requirements and manufacturer(s) standard practice. Tank to be constructed of (carbon steel). Lining shall be (glass, epoxy, cement). Tank(s) lined with (glass, cement, epoxy) lining shall be equipped with the number and size of magnesium anode rod(s) sufficient to provide adequate protection for the tank lining. Tank shall be (vertical, horizontal)  design and provided with  ring base, (or _ saddles.)
