AP - Sweepers Machine
The AP Speedy is a simple but very effective machine to slide feeding products to the feeding fence. There are two different types, the standard Speedy (single) and the Speedy-double.
Agriculture - Auger Buckets
AP - One-sided Discharge Auger Buckets
The VDCE types are one-sided discharging auger buckets. The machines are equipped with an auger in which the machine discharges the feed at the (previous selected) desired side. The mixing auger above the auger, driven by the auger, prevents bridging. The transmission is located in the bucket and is completely maintenance-free. On both the VDC and the VDCE types the auger suspension is constructed to ensure minimal resistance of the feed during discharging. The hydraulic motor is protected by a shearbolt overload protection. The models for wheel / front loader are delivered without control valve (1 double functioning valve required), the rear-mounted models come as standard with a manual control valve. The models for wheel / front loader can be equipped with all common quick attachments.
Irrigation Products
AP - Hose Reels
The AP hose reel is developed voor the winding or unwinding of lay-flat hoses for irrigation or drag hose fertilization. The reel is double sided hydraulically driven and provided with a three-point connection. Possibly required front or rear lighting can easily be installed. The hydraulically controlled hose guide enables a simple winding of the hose over the entire width of the reel and discards the hose to a side during unwinding. The core of the drum is supplied on both sides with a pilot hole (⌀230 mm, depth 200 mm) in which the flange coupling can be put.
AP - Motor Pump Units
AP motor pump units are available in a variety of engine powers and pump capacities, both high and low pressure and with or without low-noise cover. The low pressure version is used to transport water (1 à 2 bar) from the pump to the irrigation machine (with built-on water pump) at remote position in order to increase the pressure of the machine to 10 bar. A significant advantage of this low pressure system is that the pressure loss in the supply hose is zero and that the built-on water pump of the irrigation machine does not have to suck the water itself, whichs considerably increases the efficiency of the machine.
