Kolk dismantling joints are made of steel, flange drilling acc. to EN 1092-2 (ISO 7005-2). Epoxy coated (Resicoat®) acc. to EN 14901 (DIN 30677-2) and GSK certified (RAL-GZ 662). When ordering specify material quality for tie rods (A2/A4, hot dip or galvanized).

Kolk ball check valves are made of ductile iron GJS-400/500 (DIN1693 GGG-40/50). Face to face acc. to DIN 3202-F6, flange drilling acc. to EN 1092-2 (ISO 7005-2). Epoxy coated (Resicoat®) acc. to EN 14901 (DIN 30677-2) and GSK certified (RAL-GZ 662). Sinking ball type and upto DN 300 NBR covered iron ball over DN 300 massive PU ball. Floating ball can be delivered upon request.

Kolk butterfly valves are made of ductile iron GJS-400/500 (DIN1693 GGG-40/50). Design acc. to EN 1074-2 and Kiwa BRL-K602/03 with flange drilling acc. to EN 1092-2 (ISO 7005-2). Face to face acc. to ISO 5752 / EN 558 basic series 13 (DIN 3202 F16). The butterfly valve is fitted with a gearbox for underground installation. Epoxy coating (Resicoat®) acc. to EN 14901 (DIN 30677-2) and GSK certified (RAL-GZ 662).

Kolk stainless steel gasket kits are suitable for flanged connections in (drinking)water and gas pipelines. Kolk gasket sets consist of bolts (A2), nuts (A4 coated), washers (A2) and a gasket; EPDM / NBR-DUO rubber with steel core (DVGW, W270, KTW and Belgaqua certified). Temperature range -25 ° / + 70 ° C.
