AES has excellent resources and qualified staff for providing comprehensive environmental assessment, testing related to hazardous waste services. The staffs are familiar with government rules and grants available for contaminated properties (Brownfields) and the State Assurance Fund (SAF) applications for leaking underground storage tanks (LUST). AES provides a free initial meeting to discuss related requirements and cost estimates.

During the last 20 years, AES has assisted many sources in their needs for a comprehensive monitoring and modeling projects. Our staff is knowledgeable and familiar with the latest ambient air quality monitoring equipment, modeling software, remote control, and continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) advances. We have used certified and advanced models for national projects and SIP projects.

AES provides full sampling and testing services to analyze air, water and soil contaminants at various states and inaccessible or complex trains. Staffs are trained by the best schools and certified by regulatory agencies for conducting your projects in a prompt and most cost-effective method. Our samplers are college graduates and have hands-on experiences with test methods recommended by US EPA, OSHA, ASTM, ADHS, ADEQ and other professional organizations. Our services include a free preliminary meeting to offer cost-effective options; preparing test plan for sampling and testing; reporting and follow up support to achieve client’s final goal.

Our assessments reports are prepared per the latest ASTM standard and considering client’s specific additional requirements. Staff is experienced and certified inspectors and have extensive qualifications to conduct a survey of any comprehensive site. Our inspectors have been trained for additional testing to identify presence of any vapor intrusion, asbestos, lead-based paint, or mold that may be utilized by our client (if requested).

Our firm has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in identification and analyses of possible risks associated with actual pollutants that may be generated in a building. Typically, these services include a site visit, historical data review, possible sampling and testing, pollutant and risk analyses, equipment performance, and recommendations for possible repair or abatement.

During the last 15 years, several hundred asbestos, lead-based paints, and mold related projects have been successfully completed nationally and internationally by AES staffs. The staffs are certified per US OSHA/EPA/HUD requirements and familiar with the latest standards and rule development proposals. AES owns many advanced and sophisticated instruments (e.g. Niton XRF and PID) that allow its staff to provide none-destructive, prompt, and cost-effective testing protocols.
