Our School of Administration primarily focuses on ensuring your staff is equipped to run the day-to-day administration efficiently with repeatable accuracy. Our course modules cover best accounting practices, financial accounting verses management accounting, financial management and reporting, breakeven analysis, and practical administrative skills such as customer service best practices, phone etiquette and basic accounting. The School of Administration also teaches how to read and interpret your financial statements. Know your financials, work your financials and create departments within your financials to make those critical managerial decisions.
