The AST-1019 Panel Mount PPM Oxygen Analyzer is a precision instrument engineered for measuring trace levels of oxygen in various applications. Utilizing advanced microprocessor technology, it offers auto-ranging with the functionality to lock the signal output on any selected range, accommodating both 0-1 V and isolated 4-20 mA full-scale signal outputs. This unit features two user-selectable oxygen alarms with both latching and non-latching capabilities. The proprietary electrochemical sensor, developed in the USA, ensures fast response times and high compatibility with gas mixtures containing CO2. Designed for robust performance, the sensor requires minimal maintenance with a 24-month lifespan, and demonstrates swift recovery from atmospheric exposure to sub-10 PPM levels in under 45 minutes. Operable within a temperature range of -10°C, the AST-1019 provides selectable digital filtering to optimize data accuracy amidst noise, powered by either an AC/DC adaptor or USB cable.
