Internal gear pumps are used for a wide variety of fluids, very viscous or loaded with solid particles. The flow does not pulse, it is reversible and the pump is self priming. The outer teeth are driven and drag along the inner toothed rotor. When turning the cavities enlarge so that a suction an pressure effect is created. The flow is almost independent of the pressure. Available in cast iron, specially treated steel or stainless steel.Also very suitable for liquids with temperatures up to 300 ° C with stuffing box or mechanical seal. Magnetic drive is also possible. Accessories: single or double bypass, full or partial heating jackets.

Lobe pumps mainly consist of a pump body and two synchronized rotors (two, three or more normal "lobes" or "hammer lobes). When turning the cavities between the rotors and the pump room will continuously increase and decrease and create a suction effect. Depending on the sense of rotation, the product is then transported from the suction to the discharge. The product will not be damaged, so lobe pumps are typically used for "sensitive" liquids, usually in the food industry, but also others. They are nearly always made of stainless steel and built to the strictest standards (EHEDG, FDA, 3A ,...), clean "CIP" and sterilization (SIP). To the smallest details such pumps are designed to meet the most stringent standards of hygiene. They should be, depending on the application, both horizontally and vertically installed.

Air-operated diaphragm pumps are designed for a wide variety of products to be pumped: abrasive, corrosive, viscous, pure or loaded with solids etc. They are self-priming, can run dry, available in metal or plastic. These pumps are powered by compressed air. Through an "air divider" that drives alternately from left to right or vice versa a shaft on which two membranes are mounted. Their motion is alternating suction and pressure valves are also alternately moving and with a double pump effect. Air-operated diaphragm pumps are often used for explosive liquids, and other dangerous toxic products. ATEX certification is granted. They are extremely easy to maintain, rather simple in their structure and very light. Various accessories available depending on the requirements of the applications.

Sliding Vane pumps are especially suitable for pumping petroleum products and derivatives, sovents. Besides stationary setups, they are also highly suitable for mounting on trucks. The operating principle is based on "floating divisions" in a rotor that rotates eccentrically in the pump body. Changing spaces between these divisions ensure the delivery and suction effect. The plates slide in and out of the rotor but remain permanently in close contact with the pump body due to three forces: centrifugal (their own weight), hydraulics (pressure return system), mechanical forces (thrust pins). Wear of the divisions has no effect on the high efficiency of these pumps. All vane pumps have a built-in bypass. They are quite compact and very easy to maintain. Self-priming. Durable. Standard available in cast iron.
