Aqua Bio - Model Bio Complete - Water Restoration System
The Bio Complete water restoration system restores used wash water to as near city water quality as is biologically possible. In fact, this system generally produces water that is about 100 TDS over incoming city water. No other treatment system can produce water as clean as the Bio Complete system. This system works similar to our Pro-Limited system, but adds an additional cleaning step during which the water is sent through a biological treatment chamber where natural, active bacteria consume chemicals in the water. A Bio Complete water restoration system will produce water that can be used in 90 to 95 percent of the wash.
Aqua Bio - Model Pro-Limited - Entry-Level Water Reclaim System
The Pro-Limited is an entry-level water reclaim system that can be used by a vehicle wash that isn’t interested in complete water restoration of vehicle waste water before it is reused. The Pro-Limited treats the waste water by removing solids larger than 5 micron after the standard settling tanks.
Aqua Bio - Model Pro-Rain - Water Harvesting System
The Pro-Rain water harvesting system has been specifically designed to collect rainwater that falls on a location’s roof and/or paved lot. In most cases, the rainwater collected will be soft water and have a pH range of 6.5 to 7.5.
Aqua Bio - Model Pro-Air - Odor Control System
The Pro-Air odor-control system utilizes natural forces to prevent reused wash water from containing an odor. Traditional methods of odor control are chlorine bleach, air spargers, bubblers, and ozone. These methods have all proven to be ineffective for year-round control of odors caused by anaerobic bacteria. The Pro-Air odor-control system includes an aeration pump and intake filter, along with an aeration membrane and weight to infuse high levels of natural atmospheric oxygen into the waste water. This changes the environment from anaerobic to aerobic, and allows the natural aerobic bacteria to consume waste in the water and discharge a gas that is odorless and non-hazardous to humans.

The Bio Softreat system is the first-ever closed-loop biologic water restoration system add-on. With this system, you’ll be able to use biologically-restored H2O to produce spot-free rinse water, saving you money and helping to keep the environment clean. The only fresh water your wash will need is water lost through evaporation and carry out.
