The URO 600 Offshore Oil Skimming System features four recovery modules using RBS TRITON™ technology capable of recovering over 600m³/h. The URO 600 system consists of three major components: the RBS TRITON™ 600 oil skimmer head, hydraulic power pack, and floating-hose reel system with integrated crane. The complete system is stored on a compact and standard ISO type 8 ft x 20 ft system base that allows the system to be transported by truck from a warehouse to a vessel of opportunity. Once loaded and secured on a vessel or jetty, the system can be deployed by one operator, via wireless remote control, either over the side or stern of the vessel. The skimmer head is maneuvered via two thrusters directly into the areas of concentrated oil for efficient oil recovery operations.

RBS TRITON™ 150 OS oil skimming systems are versatile, ideal for use in protected and open water environments and are able to recover 150 m³/h. The RBS TRITON™ 150 OS system consists of three major components: the RBS TRITON™ 150 oil skimmer head, a hydraulic power pack, and hydraulic and oil transfer hose sets. Its modular design makes for easy transport by truck from a warehouse to a vessel of opportunity or jetty.

RBS TRITON™ 300 OS oil skimming systems are ideal for use in open and protected water environments and are able to recover 300 m³/h. The RBS TRITON™ 300 OS system consists of three major components: the RBS TRITON™ 300 oil skimmer head, a hydraulic power pack, and hydraulic and oil transfer hose sets. Its modular design makes for easy transport by truck from a warehouse to a vessel of opportunity.

Aqua-Weir 4-pontoon skimmers (125 - 350 m3/h of oil recovery) rely on the weir overflow principle to draw oil into the system for effective skimming. Recovered oil is collected via the self-adjusting weir and pumped via the onboard pump. The system is manufactured from lightweight marine-grade aluminum and painted with powder-coated paint for high durability.

Aqua-Guard specializes in heavy-duty offloading and down hole pump systems specifically designed to move oil products of varying viscosities. Depending on the pumping requirements, we offer a range of positive displacement lobe,  screw and archimedes screw pumps complete with diesel or electric/hydraulic power packs. Ideal for vessel or barge lightering, tank to tank transferring, tank cleaning, down hole and other high capacity pumping requirements.

Aqua-Guard’s RotoX technology used to recover ultra heavy oil from ponds around the world. For almost 30 years, Aqua-Guard has been working in the international oil industry recovering floating hydrocarbons from oil/water separation ponds. After successfully operating Aqua-Guard’s patented RBS TRITON™ oil skimming technology in their separators for years, clients came to Aqua-Guard with a new problem to solve.

Harbourflex is a heavy-duty, durable and low-maintenance permanent oil containment boom. Harbourflex boom is suited for permanent installation to protect ports, terminals and harbours. It is available with a wide range of tidal fixing and installation accessories. A full range of sizes are available from overall heights of 18” - 36” (45 - 90cm) with options of medium to heavy duty (150 - 350) belting fabric. All fasteners and connectors are SS 304 / 316.

SeaReels are constructed of heavy-duty marine-resistant materials and are used to store various amounts of oil spill containment boom. Sea Reels are used to store and deploy Aqua-Guard’s range of oil spill containment boom. They can be hydraulically-powered either via a diesel/hydraulic power pack or with ship’s hydraulic power. Sea Reels are variable speed with an automatically activated hydraulic braking system for safe and easy operation. Forklift pockets and lifting points are designed into the frame to facilitate transport.
