Our newest technology, Foam Buster, is a micronutrient blend that controls foaming and reduces filaments in a wastewater process.  It also improves the degradation of surfactants, emulsions, and petroleum hydrocarbon based products.  Foam Buster contains vitamins, minerals, surface-tension depressants, and natural buffering systems, which help overcome filament foaming and settling issues. 

DAZZeL Fresh is an innovative organic chelation chemistry. It doesn`t just mask hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan, or selenide odors, it encapsulates and stops them at their source. DAZZeL Fresh`s chemistry is specific for controlling rotten egg or hydrogen sulfide odors. It binds with sulfide, both in the gaseous and liquid phase. DAZZeL Fresh can be used in sludge storage tanks, wet wells, lift stations, and on belt presses. It is a 10X concentrate, so it can be diluted up to 10:1. Our customers with sulfide odors love this product.

Thicker Sludge: Settles Better. Decants Clearer. Disposes Easier. Do you spend too much money hauling sludge?   Do you have trouble land applying?   The catalysts in BugJuice reduce sludge hauling and digest the toughest forms of undigested BOD. Things like lint, paper fibers, plant tissue, and oils typically settle out in a wastewater plant, then end up as digester sludge. Using BugJuice prevents undigested BOD from bulking the sludge and impeding settling.

Full Recovery in 10 Days or Less: Nitrification can quickly drop from toxicity or cold conditions. For the fastest recovery and to remove ammonia we`ve developed the Dynamic Duo, VitaStim Nitrifiers and Ammonia Assimilators to quickly remove ammonia and bring nitrification right back. This product is for use in aerobic wastewater treatment plants.

Anaerobic Food Supplement provides the building blocks to anaerobic life. This product provides methane-forming bacteria with a COD and micronutrient source specific for their growth and stabilization, allowing them to increase their methane production.

Aquafix’s new pH adjustment product, Boost N Lock, will raise and stabilize the pH in aerobic and anaerobic processes, while minimizing sludge production. This can also help flocculation and dewatering in aerobic processes. Boost N Lock is a blend of magnesium hydroxide, hydrated lime, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate. The combination of these ingredients provides vastly superior pH stabilization when compared to either ingredient alone.

Wastewater Defoamer Designed for Biological Plants. DeFoam 3000 is a 100% concentrated defoamer, formulated to rapidly deflate foam by creating a monomolecular film. This film spreads across the water surface, quickly collapsing foam. DeFoam 3000 does not contain any emulsifiers, making it safe and effective in biological wastewater processes. It can be used in aerobic or anaerobic processes, wherever foaming is a concern.

DeFoam 3000 is an extremely effective fast-acting defoamer specifically formulated to control foam in aerobic and anaerobic wastewater treatment systems. Silicone defoamers disrupts and disperses the biomass.  DeFoam 3000 is an organic solution blended with all natural essential oils, that biologically breaks down the foaming agents.

Foam Buster, our best foam-fighting technology, is a blend of specialized proteins, free amino acids, and micronutrients which stimulate the floc-forming bacteria to degrade grease, emulsions, and petroleum hydrocarbon-based products and enable the bacteria to outcompete the filaments which cause foaming. Foaming filaments like Nocardia, Gordonia amare, and Microthrix parvicella use the fat, oil, and grease as well as their fatty acid by-products to produce a buoyant fatty cell wall. Foam Buster provides the naturally occurring bacteria a chance to compete.
