AT6 - AT20 packaged residential wastewater treatment plants were invented to purify sewage water for detached houses. Furthermore, the purified water can either discharge into the surface or be utilized for irrigation.

AT 30 to AT 300 oval wastewater treatment plants were invented to purify sewage water for blocks of houses, small village, parts of a village, accommodation properties, restaurants, recreational properties, manufacturing factories, industrial parks. After preliminary purification of industrial wastewater with organic pollution the plants serve as biological treatment for meat processing factories, dairy factories and slaughterhouse, wineries, etc. Furthermore the purified water can either discharge into the surface or to be utilized for irrigation.

Wastewater treatment plants of the AT 30 oval to AT 250 oval series are supplied as a standard or as a complete technological line consisting of one all-plastic biological reactor with the possibility of expansion with a pumping station with mechanical pre-treatment and a sludge tank, respectively. extension of another technological line of wastewater treatment plant.

Wastewater treatment plants AT 30 oval iPS to AT 225 oval iPS are designed for decentralized and semi-centralized wastewater treatment solutions. They are intended for sewage sources of the size from 4.5 to 33.8 m³ / day. Supplied separately with integrated pumping station (iPS) with mechanical pre-treatment. The technological line can be extended with a sludge tank.

Wastewater treatment plants AT 300 to AT 2000 oval MAXI are designed for centralized wastewater treatment solutions in municipalities up to 2000 PE. Capacitively suitable for sewage sources from 45 to 300 m3 / day. They are supplied as a complete technological line supplemented by a pumping station with mechanical pre-treatment, homogenization tank, sludge management and a complete technical infrastructure. The parallel connection of individual biological reactors ensures the possibility of staged construction.

Low profile underground plastic tanks are 100% water resistant tank  manufactured by the rotomoulding technology. Eliminating the possibility of groundwater occurence the tank is then assembled on the compacted sub-base of 25 cm of thickness including the overlapping the footprint of the tank by 20 cm. In 30 cm layers 4/8 gravel is used for backfilling the tank and make up the sub-base. Inspection holes in 600 mm diameter are created for the inspection and depletion.The tanks include an integral extension.The inlet pipeline depth is 300 mm under the surface level used with the extension. Additional extensions are available for the deeper inlet. Consulting our trained staff for additional extension is recommended.

In 30 cm layers 4/8 gravel is used for backfilling the tank and make up the sub-base. When using a complete filtration the inlet pipeline depth is approximately 450 mm. Additional extensions are available for the deeper inlet. Vertical T underground plastic tanks are 100% water resistant tanks manufactured by the rotomoulding technology. Eliminating the possibility of groundwater occurence the tank is then placed on the reinforced concrete slab (or sub-base) 15 cm thick including the overlapping footprint of the tank by 20 cm. In 30 cm layers 4/8 gravel is used for backfilling the tank. Inspection holes in 600 mm diameter are created for the inspection and depletion. The tanks include an integral extension.The inlet pipeline depth is 500 mm under the surface level used with the extension. Additional extensions are available for the deeper inlet. The shafts are produced by the  plastic rotomoulding technology. To ensure high strength and static resistance, the shell of the tank is made of high-grade (PE) polyethylene.

Polypropylene (PP) plastic sheets are produced on the extrusion line of plastic for plastic sheets. The main areas of application are: welding of tanks and other objects, formwork lining of different kinds and others.
