Suparator - Pump
The standard Suparator system features a progressive cavity pump, which utilizes a screw-type rotor within a specially designed rubber stator. This configuration enables a smooth pumping action that is particularly effective for transferring oil/water mixtures without inducing emulsification. The pump exhibits strong suction and discharge capabilities, making it ideal for bridging long distances. Constructed from durable stainless steel with Viton elastomers, it is built to handle high temperature or corrosive fluids. Its positive displacement mechanism minimizes shear, optimizing oil removal processes by maintaining larger droplet sizes, thus facilitating easier separation and extraction. The 84 series are meant for more demanding applications and processing of larger volumes. V-bottom configurations allowed for a higher solids loading.

Skimmers
Suparator - Fixed Skimmer
The series fixed mounted Suparskim® skimmer are mounted at a fixed height and can accommodate for a level variation of up to 6”. The series 91 units have the suction pipe on the side, which makes it possible to mount them directly into the side of a tank or bath. They may also be mounted on a fixed pipe.
Suparator - Floating Skimmer
The floating series 91 skimmers use the same, self-adjusting, skimmer trough, but are also fitted with one or more floats. The floats cause the skimmer to go up and down with the liquid level, the self adjusting trough then skims off only the top layer.
