AQURON CPT-2000™ is a non-hazardous, user friendly, permanent clear treatment/preservative sealant solution for concrete installations. AQURON® CPT-2000 that includes a highly reactive catalytic agent in a waterborne proprietary colloidal silica base that produces a silica-hydrogel below the surface and inside concrete’s matrix. This helps seal the matrix and significantly preserve its embedded steel. AQURON® CPT- 2000™ reduces peeling, cracking and loss of bond caused by capillary moisture or internal chemical reactions. AQURON® CPT-2000™ will arrest or at least severely retard concrete being deteriorated by alkali-aggregate or alkali silicate reactivity, and the potential damaging effect will be reduced. AQURON® CPT-2000™ is spray applied to a moist surface from which any oil, grease or other contaminants have been completely removed.

AQURON I-Deck is used to apply a seamless monolithic waterproofing/oil repellent to smooth or rough concrete and bonds to clean, cured, dry concrete. AQURON I- Deck™ retains its integrity even with substrate movement. If cut or damaged the AQURON I-Deck™ will prevent water migration between it and the substrate. Tenacious adhesion, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance characterize the AQURON I-Deck™.

AQURON CPSP Concrete Pool Shell Protector™ is a non-hazardous, user friendly, permanent, clear treatment/preservative sealant solution for new or old concrete pool shell installations. It includes a highly reactive catalytic agent in a water-borne proprietary colloidal silicate base that produces a silica hydrogel inside concrete’s matrix that will reduce permeability and porosity and help preserve its embedded steel. AQURON® CPSP Concrete Pool Shell Protector™ reduces peeling, cracking and loss of bond caused by capillary moisture or internal chemical reactions that can cause bond failure for plaster application. AQURON® CPSP Concrete Pool Shell Protector™ will arrest or at least severely retard concrete being deteriorated by alkali-aggregate or alkali silicate reactivity. AQURON® CPSP is spray applied to a moist surface from which any oil, grease or other contaminants have been completely removed.

AQURON 7000™ system has the unique ability to arrest and/or prevent further oxidation­ reduction reaction (corrosion) on embedded steel. AQURON 7000™ achieves this by reducing permeability and porosity thus reducing the effects of chlorides in the concrete. AQURON 7000™ system reduces or eliminates soluble chlorides left clinging to pore space walls in most concrete installations effectively reducing the potential of these chlorides to promote ongoing corrosion of the embedded steel.

AQURON SPT 1200™ waterproofs most surfaces from the top down and is abrasion resistant. It is a flat matte non-toxic, non-polluting, non-flammable, waterborne, waterproofing repellent that provides a tough breathing type water barrier to the surface that helps keep surfaces clean while preserving the natural appearance of masonry and concrete. AQURON SPT-1200™ will enhance surface traction. AQURON® SPT-1200™ retards or eliminates efflorescence, and its application reduces cracking and spalling of vertical and horizontal surfaces from successive freeze-thaw cycles.

AQURON 6312 is a clear, waterproofing/oil repellant, of tough curing liquid acrylic styrene and aqueous resin siliconate. AQURON 6312 is used to apply a monolithic waterproofing/oil repellent to smooth or rough concrete. AQURON 6312 can be used for plazas, decks, roof terraces, balconies, parking structures and all other concrete structures.

AQURON MVB™ is a single application moisture vapor blocker that is an effective primer for coatings. AQURON MVB forms a clear to milky film surface depending on concrete’s density and surface finish, that is durable and tenacious in adhering to concrete’s surface reducing moisture-vapor transmission to below most threshold levels established by coatings/topical manufacturers. When properly applied AQURON MVB™ will reduce the moisture-vapor emissions rate from 6 to 3 pounds or less in 24 hours. AQURON MVB™ also densifies, strengthens, and adds abrasion resistance to concrete, forming a non-tacky surface when dry.

AQURON MGS™ provides mix water the ability to initiate hydration without the normal cement potency loss thus improving mortar and grout’s performance values producing smaller more uniform pore sizes, lower void space percentages, improved workability/increased lubricity while greatly decreasing permeability. AQURON MGS™ utilization produces mortar and grout with greater durability and freeze damage resistance that extends the useful lifespan of the mortar grout. AQURON MGS™ Mortar & Grout Solution assists in reducing efflorescence secondary to capillary action.

AQURON I-Shield waterproofs is abrasion resistant and stays pliable. It is a non-toxic, non-polluting, non-flammable waterborne, waterproofing repellent that provides a tough breathing type water barrier beneath and to the surface that helps keep surfaces clean while preserving the natural appearance of masonry and concrete. Aquron I-Shield™ will enhance surface traction and conditions surfaces for subsequent applications of paint, coatings, adhesives, etc. enhancing the bonding quality of such topical. Aquron I-Shield™ retards or eliminates efflorescence, and its application resists cracking and spalling of vertical and horizontal surfaces from successive freeze-thaw cycles.
