Arconik`s CBRN filters systems for tanks offer two stage filtration: Stage 1 against parcels as small as 0.3μ and stage 2 for chemical filtration. These systems are mainly used in T72, T90, BMP-II tanks. On top of CBRN filtration, our systems provide protection against TIC`s & TIM`s as well.

Arconik’s PPP-M series are cleanable air filters made from non-woven progressive fiberglass medium in rigid non-corrosive metal frame. Arconik’s filter has a fixed heavy duty metal grid on air outlet side and removable grid on air entry side to allow replacement of filter media pad The PPP-M series of Arconik is mainly used To absorb excess particles during paint spraying or to absorb oil mist released during cooking in kitchens. The PPP-M series tested in accordance with EN779- 2012 / ISO 16890 / ASHREA 52.2-2017 and available in grades G3 & G4 or MERV 4 to MERV 8.

Arconik’s PMB filters series are made from rigid non-corrosive metal frames that are easy to clean And wash and have a high aesthetic appearance. These filters are mainly used in air handling units in restaurants and industrial applications for oil mist filtration

The FGD filters series of Arconik are made from micro fine fiberglass media with aluminum separators in deep pleated style in rigid non-corrosive metal frames, allowing high air flow and low pressure drop. Arconik’s FGD series is mainly used in air handling units one stage prior to HEPA filters, available in grades F6 to F9 or MERV 9 to MERV 16 and tested in accordance with EN779-2012 / ISO 16890 / ASHREA 52.2-2017.

Arconik’s FGD-HT filters series are made from aluminum or stainless still new generation separators in deep pleated style that can sustain high temperature when in continuance, in rigid non-corrosive metal frame, with micro fine fiberglass media, allowing high air flow and low pressure drop. The FGD series is mainly used in air handling where the structure or air temperature gets up to 250 Celsius degrees , one stage prior to HEPA filters, available in grades F6 to F9 or MERV 9 to MERV 16 and tested in accordance with EN779-2012 / ISO 16890 / ASHREA 52.2-2017.

Arconik’s HGD series is made from continuous length superior quality micro fine glass media with aluminum separators in deep pleated style, allowing high airflow and low-pressure drop, and are highly resistant to fire and moisture. Each individual filter is tested for its particulate filtration efficiency as per EN-1822-2012 / IEST-RP-CC001.3 and provided with a test certificate. The series is available in grades H13 & H14 and is mainly used in highly-regulated air quality industries and facilities, such as operating rooms, clean rooms and sensitive manufacturing processes.

Arconik’s TFH series terminal housing is made from Mild Steel or Galvanized Iron with powder coating or stainless steel body suitable to fit HGD and HGM series filters. Our TFH series are integrated with suitable dampers which can be operated from the room side or ceiling side and are mainly used in Cleanroom application for uniform air distribution and housing H13 / H14 filters.
