ARCOR® S-20 is a solvent free, high functionality epoxy Novolac designed particularly as a protective coating for metals in highly aggressive environments especially high chemical, high abrasion and elevated temperature. Excellent in a wide array of caustics and acids. The ARCOR S-20 multi-functional chemistry produces an excellent coating suited for aggressive service, and is suitable for immersion in a wide array of chemicals. ARCOR® S-20 can be applied up to 40 mils without slump.

ARCOR™ EE-10 is a solvent free, high functionality epoxy Novolac coating suitable for immersion and non-immersion service, particularly in aggressive acid environments. ARCOR™ EE-10 produces a tough, chemical resistant coating on ferrous and non-ferrous metals and concrete. As the lowest viscosity epoxy Novolac available ARCOR™ EE-10 is suitable as a primer as well as a topcoat. Excellent for 98% Sulfuric Acid immersion.

ARCOR™ EE-80 is a solvent free, very low viscosity epoxy designed as a penetrating pre-primer. It is ideally suited for use on large metal surface areas that hold the blast until an ARCOR™ coating system is applied, or to increase adhesion of a coating system to metal surfaces, in immersion service, that cannot be blasted to an SSPC-SP5 cleanliness. For external metal structures ARCOR™ EE-80 will penetrate through rusty surface and cure to a tough, water resistant coating. Excellent as a sealer on aged “white rusted” zinc surfaces. Applies in one, thin, 1.5 mil coat. Also ideal for a primer on concrete surface especially if hydrostatic pressure can be a problem.

ARCOR EE-92 is an Epoxy Rebuild and is comparable to our EE-94 in resin and amine design but with smaller mesh Ceramic Beads. These high crush strength ceramic beads coupled with the addition of high-strength Kevlar fibers, gives EE-92 an extremely high level of impact, abrasion and compressive strengths. This self-wetting formulation can be applied without a primer, can be applied at +1/2″ (500 mils, 12.5mm) on verticals and overheads and can be levelled to a smooth finish requiring no topcoat dramatically minimizing application & turn-around time. ARCOR EE-92 is a very convenient 1 :1 Mix Ratio, by Weight or Volume, ideal for easy breakdown in-field. Similar to our 8506 in application, look and feel.
