Arflu - Butterfly Valve
A butterfly valve is a type of valve that uses a disc shaped like a butterfly to regulate the flow of fluids in a pipeline. The disc is located in the center of the flow and rotates on an axis perpendicular to the direction of the flow. By rotating the disc, the valve’s opening and closing can be controlled, allowing for quick and efficient flow regulation. Butterfly valves are widely used in various industries for flow control in liquid and gas lines.
Arflu - Knife Gate Valve
A knife gate valve is a type of valve used in various industries to efficiently control the flow of solids and liquids. Its design consists of a blade or wedge-shaped gate that moves up and down to allow or block the flow of the material.
Arflu - Through Conduit Gate Valve
Through Conduit gate valves can be used in many applications. They allow the fluid to flow in a fully open position and be restricted in the fully closed position, with minimal load losses. Not recommended for intermediate positions. Gate valves are bidirectional and can be installed horizontally or vertically.
Arflu - Model RSBV - Rising Stem Ball Valve
Arflu RSBV is a valve specially designed for oil and gas industry for services requiring positive action seal to avoid leackage or process contamination.
Arflu - Nozzle Check Valves
Arflu Nozzle check valves have been designed to provide reliable backflow prevention for the Petrochemical, Gas & Water divisions. Arflu’s Engineering department has create Nozzle check valve with dymanic quick closing which reduces the flow return speed. The Axial movement of the disc produces a streamlineflow with venturi effect which reduces the pressure drop with minimal seat leakage and with minimum turbulences.
Arflu - Dual Expanding Plug Valve
The Dual Expanding Plug valves produce a watertight closure both upstream and downstream, being used in different sectors:
Arflu - Pipeline Safety Check Valves
Check valves are automatically operating valves, which have safety applications to prevent backflow. When the pump is not running, they keep the pipe line full.
Arflu - Globe Valve
Due to their configuration, globe valves are perfect for regulating or limiting the fluid. Depending on the system requirements, design or position, they may generate different head losses in the line.
Arflu - Model RO/SWRO - Reverse Osmosis Desalination Plug Valves
The most common applications are: Insulation (On /Off), CIP (on-site cleaning) and Control valves. For each application, Arflu can supply different shutter designs and they all fit into the same valve body, allowing you to switch from one service application to another simply by changing the plug.
Arflu - Ball Valves
Ball valves are used in opening or closing position, not recommended for intermediate positions. Unlike Gate valves, Ball valves are quarter-turn valves whose closing element rotates very quickly from the fully open to fully closed position.
