The Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Software modules are both full featured open systems. In these two modules, you can enter transactions received from other ABECAS™ Insight modules or imported from outside. Statements may be printed, emailed or faxed, either automatically or manually. A dashboard can display critical details. The Accounts Receivable module allows you to manage your open items, receive payments, make adjustments, create credits, generate finance charges, project cash receipts, and maintain collection records. The Accounts Payable module allows you to manage your open items, make payments either by check or electronically, take discounts, make adjustments, project cash requirements, and maintain a vendor history.

The General Ledger Software module provides standard financial accounting reports based on the Account and Department information in the Accounting module. The reports available include the Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Income Statement in a variety of formats covering a range of periods as well as the detail behind each account for each Fiscal Period. These reports are available on both an accrual- and cash-basis. Cash Flow and Change in Financial Condition Statements can be user defined with the AC Accounting Summary Report Generator.

The Cost Accounting Software module is an Activity Based Costing (ABC) system that integrates with all ABECAS™ Insight modules. It shares the Accounting records with the General Ledger Software and Fund Accounting modules so that all accounting records, either internal or external, automatically update all three modules. The accounting structure is easily mapped to your business processes and requirements. This module provides a comprehensive repository of all job information and is a valuable resource as you evaluate the profitability and performance of each job and its components.

The Fund Accounting Software module provides an alternative to manage responsibility grouping within the business not used as the GL Department, such as location, functional department or responsibility center. Or, it may be used, as its name implies, to track Funds by source and their usage. It provides standard financial accounting reports based on the Account and Fund information in the Accounting Software module. The reports available are similar to those in the General Ledger Software. Cash Flow and Change in Financial Condition Statements along with other required reports can be user defined with the AC Accounting Summary Report Generator.
