Pipelife Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene Random Copolymer (GFR-PPR) composite pipe consists of three layers. Micron diameter and very short glass fiber reinforcements in the middle layer both increase the pressure performance of the pipe and reduce its thermal elongation.

It is high performance and resistant to high pressures. They can be easily welded with standard welding machines without requiring trimming. They do not sag when hot water passes through them and they extend less because their coefficient of thermal expansion is low. It is more resistant to breaks and impacts. There is less risk of breakage and cracking in cold weather. Since glass fiber reinforcement is not in direct contact with water, it does not pose any risk to human health. Heat loss is lower than other pipes. They retain heat. It is more durable at high temperatures than normal pipes. Therefore, they are recommended for use in combi boiler connections and heating systems. Algae, sediment and bacteria do not form.

The Turkish standard numbers of the pipes and their auxiliary parts are TS 15874-2 and TS 15874-3. The raw materials used are approved by the health authorities of European countries, especially developed countries such as Germany, France and Great Britain, and the health laws of the United States of America.
