Real-time alarm categorization enables high throughput with minimal impact on daily operations and flow of goods. The modular open systems architecture provides highest performance at low total cost of ownership.
Arktis - Model RP-RPM- P2000 - Multipurpose Portable Radiation Portal Monitor
The P2000 portable radiation portal monitor (PRPM) provides unparalleled flexibility and requires minimal setup time. Its modularity enables obstruction-free configurations suitable for scanning luggage, pedestrians or cars. The system can be controlled remotely via a secure connection. The monitor software is web based and thus compatible with any operating system. Operations can be customized through various peripherals and software algorithm options.
Arktis - Model P-RPM-IDn - Pedestrian Radiation Portal Monitor
Detects radiological threats to protect airports, government buildings and other critical infrastructure. The Arktis P-RPM-IDn enables reliable and discreet screening of pedestrians and their luggage for radiological threats. Real-time spectroscopic analysis of the alarms enables high throughput, does not infringe on personal privacy, and has minimal impact on daily operations The system’s modular open architecture is the right solution for fixed installed indoor detection scenarios.
Arktis - Model V2000 - Connect Radiation Portal Monitor
Radioactive sources are often used in technical and medical applications. Around the world, thousands of these sources are disposed of inadvertently or criminally, ending up in recycling facilities, waste disposal sites, and steel mills pro- cessing scrap metal. Arktis offers a solu- tion to protect such facilities and their personnel from the risk of contamination, thereby ensuring compliance with appli- cable regulations.
Detection Systems - Industrial Radiation Portal Monitors (RPMs)
Arktis - Model V2000 - Industrial Radiation Portal Monitors (RPM)
The Arktis Industrial Radiation Portal Monitor (RPM) systems for Recycling and Manufacturing allow highly reliable screening of vehicles entering a facility for radiological threats and smuggled materials. Radiological materials enter the recycling and waste streams via a variety of different paths. Examples of this include accidental disposal at universities and hospitals, contaminated waste, and lost or stolen industrial devices. It is critical that such materials are detected prior to entering processing facilities. Failure to prevent radiation contamination could cost millions to remediate and lead to problems for both public health and the environment. The V2000 offers a highly reliable screening of vehicles for radioactive materials.
Detection Systems - Mobile Radiation Monitoring System
Arktis - Model MODES_SNM - Mobile Radiation Monitoring System
Arktis MODES_SNM is a highly modular, customizable platform that detects and identifies radiological and nuclear materials. The mobile radiation monitoring system is also available to be kept ready for rapid deployment in emergencies. Mobile radiation monitoring systems have the versatility to cover a broad spectrum of radiation detection missions. While deployed for daily use in port security and law enforcement, they can be kept ready for rapid deployment in emergencies that could include reactor accidents, heightened terrorism threats, recovery actions for lost or stolen nuclear materials, or intelligence driven operations.
Arktis - Model MODES Kit - Mobile Rad/Nuc Detection System
The MODES Kit enables the conversion of ordinary vehicles into mobile radiation detection systems within minutes. The system can be used to perform radiation mapping, search for lost or stolen radioac- tive sources, and monitor traffic for radio- logical threats. The system can equally be dismounted from the vehicle to serve as a standalone radiation monitor. The system is complemented by a fully interoperable, drone-based detector for mapping, search, and closer inspection.Detection Systems - Gamma and Neutron Detectors
Arktis - Model FPG - Flat Panel Gamma Detector
Thin, compact gamma radiation detector Spectral distinction of isotopes Plug & play Power-over-Ethernet connectivity Highest sensitivity per weight Position sensitive when tiled. Chip-based, large area gamma radiation detector. Arktis’ Flat Panel Gamma (FPG) detectors are compact and robust, easy to integrate radiation detectors. They use Silicon Photomultiplier SiPM chips and dedicated electronics to provide a powerful detector; insignificantly larger than the scintillator tile itself. The FPG’s Ethernet connectivity and high interoperability make it easy and cost effective to integrate into x-ray systems and body scanners, upgrading these to reliably detect radiological threats.
Arktis - Model M800 - Highly Sensitive SiPM-Based Large Area Neutron Detector
He-3-free, highly sensitive and scalable neutron detectors. For seamless integration into detection systems such as radiation portal monitors, mobile detection systems or measurement networks. The M800 is powered via PoE* and accessible by its IP address, making integration and maintenance straightforward. The M800 allows operation in magnetic fields and does not require high voltage.
Arktis - Model S670 - Fast Neutron Detector
The Arktis fast neutron detector provides spectral and timing information, unbeatable robustness, simple integration and operation in challenging environments. The easy to use fast neutron detector allows for a better understanding of the neutron flux in a given experimental area. A tunable and settable energy threshold allows to concentrate on the neutron energies of interest. The detector delivers a standard TTL output for each detected neutron, making it easily compatible with other detection systems and suitable for drop-in replacements. The Rugged-by-Design family of neutron detectors uses a SiPM* based signal readout, making it immune to shock and vibration, and scalable in length. The detectors can be custom built to user specifications.
