While we await on N95 approval from NIOSH, we’ve decided to make our Filtering Facepiece Respirators (FFRs) available to you. We manufacture these high filtration cup style respirators in our Texas plant to meet our rigorous safety standards. While our FFRs are NOT official N95 masks, (which requires final approval from NIOSH), they do meet and exceed N95 filtration standards based on third-party lab tests (available to review HERE). That means our FFRs have at least 95% filtration efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols that do not contain oil.

We all know that surgical masks are the best consumer protection money can buy, but sometimes you have to use a cloth mask. If you’re going to wear cloth, make sure your mask has the best possible insert. Armbrust American Electrostatic Filter Inserts are a must have addition for reusable face coverings. Our filters are made from N95 materials, featuring our proprietary Electrostatic Armor Meltblown filter material, and are able to block out particulate matter down to 0.1 microns. Breathe easier! Our American-made PM 2.5 filter inserts have 25x better filtration than other inserts, while also being thinner and using less material. Our USA-KN95 masks are not just constructed in the US with 100% American-made materials, they`re also produced in a FDA-registered facility that produces NIOSH Approved N95 masks along side them.

All the masks we sell have greater than 95% filtration, but that filtration is only as good as how well the mask fits your face and how comfortable it is. Some people prefer soft ear-loops of KN95 or the soft fabric of a surgical mask. Others like the breathability of duckbill-style N95 respirators, or even the convenience of a fold-style masks.
