IN Tectum I is typically used in low-slope applications and provides a thermal barrier for field-applied foam plastics. It is compatible with virtually all roof installation materials. Underside exposed joints have attractive beveled edges. LS (long span) panels are available with steel channel reinforcement. The Tectum I Roof Deck System consists of standard Tectum panels in either plank or tile configurations.

The Tectum III roof deck panel is a composite of a 1½" or thicker Tectum substrate, Dow Styrofoam® brand XPS (extruded polystyrene) insulation 1½" to 8" thick and 7/16" OSB (oriented strand board) sheathing with a slip-resistant surface. Tectum III panels are typically used in sloped applications where insulation and a nailable surface are required.

The Tectum E roof deck panel is a composite of a 1½” or thicker Tectum substrate, EPS (expanded polystyrene) insulation and 7/16“ OSB sheathing with a slip-resistant surface. The EPS core exceeds the requirements of ASTM C-578 Type I and bears the UL classification mark. The Tectum E-N roof deck panel is a composite of a 1½” or thicker Tectum substrate, NEOPOR® GPS (Graphite Enhanced Polystyrene) insulation and 7/16“ OSB sheathing with a slip-resistant surface. The NEOPOR® GPS core exceeds the requirements of ASTM C-578 Type I and bears the UL classification mark. All Tectum roof deck composite panels are bonded with code-listed structural adhesives.

Introducing the newest innovation in longer-span structural roof decks: Tectum V. The Tectum V roof deck panel is a composite of a 1½" Tectum substrate, ½" NEOPOR® GPS (Graphite Enhanced Polystyrene) insulation, 7/16" OSB sheathing, 6" NEOPOR® GPS insulation, and 7/16" OSB sheathing with a slip-resistant surface. Components are bonded with code-listed structural adhesives. The NEOPOR® GPS core exceeds the requirements of ASTM C-578 Type I and bears the UL classification mark. Tectum V can span up to 12 feet.

Tectum Finalé panels are the solution for spaces that require a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of .75 to 1.00.  The Finalé system consists of Tectum Interior Panels, Tectum spacer strips and SoniCor®* infill united in a single product with simple installation. Whenever your space calls for the highest possible absorption of undesirable noises, and where the activities demand abuse-resistant panels, Tectum Finalé is the answer.

V-Line Interior Panels offer extra value and installation ease plus all the features you expect from Tectum Acoustical Products. V-Line Interior Panels attach directly for a continuous installation with no visible seam. The “V” groove is ¼” deep to match the beveled edges, and the design divides the 2’ or 4’ wide panel into equal segments approximately 8” wide.

Abuse-resistant Tectum Fabri-Tough acoustical panels set a new standard for durability in fabric-wrap wall panel systems. Control noise efficiently, economically and attractively in open-plan, closed or mixed-use space with the Fabri-Tough wall panel system. Efficiently because Tectum panels are known for sound absorption. Economically because these panels are competitively priced and will last longer than ordinary, soft-base panels. Attractively because they come in your choice of fabric colors that coordinate with popular contract furnishings.

Tectum Fabri-Tough II allows designers to use any suitable fabric on sound-deadening Tectum Wall Panels. Custom Fabrics and a 1⁄8 inch, 18-pound density fiberglass board are laminated to the face of a Tectum Wall Panel. Fabri-Tough II is perfect for offices, conference rooms and any space where noise reduction is needed and designer fabrics are desired. In spaces where even greater sound absorption is needed, Finalé Fabri-Tough II provides an NRC up to .85 without sacrificing style.

Kerfed Wall Panels offer extra value and installation ease plus all the features you would expect from Tectum acoustical products. They are available in natural, painted white or custom colors. Installation of 1” thick Kerfed Wall Panels is fast and economical. Mounting occurs using the concealed attachment method. By inserting the furnished vinyl splines into the kerf, then fastening the splines to the wall or other structure, you have successfully installed your Kerfed Wall Panel.

Tectum Sound Blocks are a decorative way to control reverberant sound in new or existing rooms. Their 3” x 15 ½” x 15 ½” dimensions and beveled edges make them easy to install in various patterns. Recommended spacing is 24” or 32” o.c. They come complete with individual hanging clips and in natural, painted white and custom colors. Other sizes are available on special order.
