ARP - Butterfly Damper Valve
All butterfly valve series are characterized by a circular cross section with concentric single or double blade. The double blade valve is the better choice for modulating service. Our butterfly valves can be designed as standard or heavy duty construction.
Standard fabrication is the optimal design in most applications. Heavy duty design is suitable for frequent service, highly corrosive applications, abrasive media and high temperature environments.
ARP - Double Offset Valve
Double offset dampers are widely known as high performance valves. Particularly suited for low pressure flows, total tightness requirements and temperatures up to 260°C. Tightness is guaranteed by perfect coupling of the self-adjusting gasket inserted on the perimeter of the blade and the stainless steel seat. Robust design and high-quality materials ensure long life, low operating torque values and low friction. Double eccentric valves are leak-proof in one direction only. Flow direction is indicated by the arrow. Hydrostatic tests are performed as standard according to EN 12266.
ARP - By-Pass Damper Three Way Valve
The by-pass damper is a three way valve that allows the engine exhaust flow to be rerouted towards the bypass chimney or towards the boiler. Intermediate positions can be used for regulation or preheating. Available with circular or rectangular design.
ARP - Louver Damper Valve
The louver damper can be single or multiple blade operated by an external linkage. The blade movement can be opposed or parallel. Opposed blade movement is the most effective choice for modulating service. Air sealing with harmonic metal seal can be supplied on request. Dimensions of the duct and drilling of the flange are made to customer specifications.

ARP - Radial Vane Damper Valve
Radial Vane damper are commonly used at centrifugal fans inlet to induce swirl into the fan and enhancing the fan performance particularly at low volume flows.
ARP - Guillotine Damper Valve
Guillotine dampers are typically used to shut off gas flow in ducts for maintenance or for bypass purposes. The powered feed-screw moves the blade along the body guides. A scale with a position indicator is foreseen to check the blade position. Dimensions, cross section and connection can be according to customer requirements.
ARP - Non Return Damper Valve
Non-return or pressure-relief dampers are gravity-operated damper. Widely used to regulate the pressure in the ductwork system. The opening pressure can be adjusted by changing the position of the counterweight. The pressure relief damper is often used as a vacuum break damper which opens to relieve excessive negative pressure inside the duct.
