Pipeline Cleaning Pigs
ARR - Poly or Foam Pigs
Poly or Foam Pigs are used for a wide range of applications, such as flooding, dewatering, and drying, as well as cleaning, gauging, and batching operations. Foam pigs can also be used for proving pipeline suitability for pigging with less flexible pig types such as metal-bodied pigs. The flexible nature of Foam pigs allows safe running in lines with wax or scale build-up (especially if deposit volumes are unknown). Foam pigs can be provided with varied aggression, from simple swabbing or inspecting pigs (for line proving) to the heavy density wire brush or Silicon carbide pigs. ARR retains moulds for a full range of sizes, from 2" to 56" and these are custom-made to order.
Mandrel Bodied Pigs
ARR - Bidirectional Pigs
Bidirectional Pigs are used for a wide range of applications, from flood, clean and gauging operations to dewatering, as well as operational maintenance. ARR pig configurations can be modified to run dual-diameter and multi-diameter pipelines as well as through features such as Wyes, Unbarred Tees, and Check Valves. Typically built with four sealing discs and two guiding discs, this can be enhanced to provide greater sealing, increased wear life, or even hold backpressure. ARR has a reputation for reliability and expertise in pig design for difficult pipelines.

Mechanical Decoking, or "pigging", has been proven to be the most effective method of removing internal fouling, coke and scale from the inner surface of fired heater and boiler process tubes.
ARR - Cleaning Inspection Pig
Inspection Pig is an indispensable tool for cleaning the total hard coke deposits formed in the inner surface of the furnace tube(coil). This replaces conventional cleaning of furnace tubes either by chemical or combustion method.
