The IIoT Smart 12 by Arya Electronics and Controls is a versatile data acquisition device designed for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). It primarily functions by reading the MODBUS memory map of any RS-485 MODBUS protocol device and transmitting the data to a cloud server, which can then be viewed on customizable dashboards as per user requirements. The device features Wi-Fi connectivity, supporting generic MODBUS RTU protocol for data acquisition and uses MQTT protocol for communicating with IT application databases on the cloud. It comprises a GSM module and a microcontroller-based control circuit. Additionally, the Smart 12 is configured to send data to any MQTT server or Arya Electronics' hosted dashboards within a minute, making it highly efficient for diverse industrial environments and conditions.
