Electromagnetic Flowmeters - Signal Converters
Asamag - Signal Converters
This new model, at high performance solutions, both as hardware and software, can be defined as an HI-TEC line, addressed to very demanding customers from the point of view of performance and precision. Output signal is both analogical and digital; and qualitatively the instrument is very performing, having accuracy < +-0,5% of reading and repeatability of 0,1% r.v. ASAMAG is also good to be used with any liquids with conductivity better than 5 μS/cm; they are insensitive to temperature and pressure variations, density or viscosity of process fluid.
Electromagnetic Flowmeters - Sensors
ASA - Flanged Sensors
Flanged sensor has a rugged and reliable build. All of its internal components and wiring are isolated from environmental hazards, even the toughest, because the measuring tube in stainless steel 304 and the outer tube in carbon steel are welded to provide a hermetic seal. Therefore it’s free from long-term maintenance. Easy and fast to install and start up.
ASA - Wafer Sensor
Wafer sensor has a rugged and reliable build. All of its internal components and wiring are isolated from environmental hazards, even the toughest, because the measuring tube and the outer tube both in stainless steel are welded together to provide a hermetic seal. Therefore it’s maintenance free and provide a long-term reliability. Easy and fast to install and start up.
Variable Area Flowmeters - Metal Tube
Asameters - Variable Area Flowmeter
Asameters model C-G…38/39 all made of stainless steel are designed for medium and high flow rates for every kind of gas (mod. C) and liquid (mod. G) also aggressive, at extreme operating and environmental conditions (high pressures and/or low or high temperatures). These Asameters are ideal for flow measurement where safety and product reliability are a must and not require power supply (in standard version with flow indicator only) ensuring a cost-free measure even in hazardous areas.
ASA - Variable Area Flowmeters
Asameters model C/G …47 _ 50 all made of stainless steel are designed for applications in potentially explosive areas thanks to their flameproof design, certified ATEX Ex ia IIC T4, T6… Zone 0 and Zone 1 (on request). They are suitable for medium and high flow rates with any type of gas (mod. C) or liquid (mod. C/G) also aggressive at extreme process and environmental conditions (low or high pressures and/or high temperatures). C/G …47 _ 50 Asameters are ideal for flow measurement where safety and product reliability are a must and not require power supply (in standard version with flow indicator only) ensuring a cost-free measure even in hazardous area.
Variable Area Flowmeters - Glass Tube
Asameters - Variable Area Flowmeters
Asameters E and N series are rugged flowmeters, suitable for measuring instantaneous flow of any type of fluid (gas and liquid), at temperature and pressure conditions kept within glass resistance limits, in absence of water hammer. They are ideal where it is essential to show the flow of medium through the glass measuring tube and the float, the only moving part, ensuring the reliability of measurement over time.
Variable Area Flowmeters - Plastic Tube
Asameters - Variable Area Flowmeters
Asameters model P13 are designed for low and medium flows and made in anti-shock plastic material (Polisulfone or PVC depending on the requirement). They are suitable for use with aggressive fluids such as caustic soda, hydrocloridric acid or acids of another kind and in various concentrations. There are also reading scales in water and air or percentage at the specific request of the customer.
Orifice By-pass Flowmeters - For Water
ASA - Orifice Asameters
Orifice Asameters Z6, also said kinetic Z6, have the measuring tube directly connected to the main flange, therefore the reading is made directly on the pipeline. They are suitable for the measurement of large flow of water or clear liquids and have reading scales largely increased compared to conventional flow rate range of orifice Asameters series D6-S6-U6. Among their highlights first we recall the linearity of the scale, that allows to perform excellent measurements at low flow rates, with just as good accuracy, and secondly the economic advantage over the diameter of 2 “, compared to other flow devices.
Orifice By-pass Flowmeters - For Gas and Liquid
ASA - Orifice Asameters
Orifice Asameters U6, also said kinetic, have the measuring tube connected to the main flange, therefore the reading is made directly on the pipeline. They are suitable for the measurement of large flow of fluids. In addition, the connection between the calibrated orifice and U6 Asameter is adjustable and therefore allows the installation at any angle (not 45 degrees) with flow up or down. Among their highlights first we recall the linearity of the scale, that allows to perform excellent measurements at low flow rates, with just as good accuracy, and secondly the economic advantage over the diameter of 2 “, compared to other flow devices.
Flap Flowmeters
Asameters - Flap Flowmeters
Asameters model V6, proprietary, are flap type flow meters with flow rate reading by pointer, output signal 4-20 mA and HART-Protocol (power supply: 24Vdc ± 10%). Suitable for water and gas flows are designed for applications with horizontal or vertical mounting position.
They are indipendent of viscosity of the fluid and insensitive to any solids in suspension. Do not require straight sections upstream or downstream and there are no pressure losses during the measurement. They ensure 25 mc/h in water with DN25 flow diameter. Small sizing, low weight and magnetic coupling reading make these Asameters® practical and easy to use where they are needed low cost of installation and maintenance.
