ASCO - Dry Ice Pelletizer

The ASCO Dry Ice Pelletizer P15i is a compact and efficient machine designed to produce 150 kg/h of high-quality dry ice pellets. It belongs to the innovative i-Series, which integrates state-of-the-art remote control capabilities for seamless operation and maintenance. The system is operated by a Siemens PLC with a touch screen interface, ensuring precision and ease of use. The machine features a powerful hydraulic unit that starts instantly with the push of a button, and it includes fully automated controls for oil temperature and the dry ice snowing process, guaranteeing continuous production without the need for supervision. The P15i can be paired with an ASCO Revert Gas Recovery System to maximize CO2 conversion efficiency. Its connectivity options include LAN, Ethernet, WiFi, and 3G, offering robust remote access and data management functionalities, aligning with Industry 4.0 standards.

Dry Ice Blasting

ASCOJET - Powerful Blasting Machine

The ASCOJET® 1208 is a highly efficient dry ice blasting machine designed with a modern frame and simple pictograms for intuitive use. It is particularly favored in industrial settings due to its robust design and integrated safety features, such as a grounding roll and protective grating in the pellet hopper. The machine supports adjustable blasting pressure between 0-10 bar and consumes dry ice at a rate of 20-40 kg/h. Built from powder-coated steel, the ASCOJET® 1208 promises long-lasting durability while managing to be relatively lightweight at approximately 62 kg. Its compact dimensions, including wheels and handle, allow for easy transport within industrial environments. In terms of power, it operates at a nominal capacity of 500 W and 230 V, 50 Hz. The dry ice consumption is stepless, allowing users to optimize for both delicate and robust cleaning tasks. This machine stands out for its environmental friendliness, cost-effectiveness, time savings, and safety, as it does not produce waste streams or involve hazardous chemicals.

ASCOJET - Mobile Dry Ice Blasting Unit

The ASCOJET® 1701 is a highly efficient, compact dry ice blasting machine designed for industrial-scale applications. It features a single-hose system tailored for effective cleaning of ultra-stubborn contaminants. Engineered to meet the rigorous demands of foundries, tire manufacturers, food processing plants, and printing industries, this device delivers high-level performance while maintaining user-friendly operation. Aspects like a powder-coated steel frame, robust dimensions, and a 23 kg pellet hopper capacity make it a powerhouse in its field. The adjustable blasting pressure ranges from 0 to 10 bar, allowing tailored operations to specific cleaning needs. Operating at a voltage of 230V with a power consumption of 600W, it ensures energy-efficient functioning. The consumption of dry ice is flexible, ranging between 25 and 80 kg per hour. Its non-abrasive cleaning technique ensures safety for both the user and the environment, as it operates without solvents or hazardous chemicals.

ASCO - CO2 Gas Revert Recovery System from Dry Ice Production (RRSi)

The ASCO CO2 Gas Revert Recovery System (RRSi) is engineered to efficiently recover the revert CO2 gas from ASCO Dry Ice Pellet and Block Machines. Normally, this revert gas would be released into the atmosphere during dry ice production, where the conversion rate from liquid CO2 to dry ice stands at approximately 40-45%. This results in a significant loss of CO2, about 55-60%. The ASCO RRSi system addresses this inefficiency by recovering most of the lost CO2, thereby achieving a conversion rate of around 90-95%. This dramatic improvement not only reduces the cost of dry ice production by up to 50% but also minimizes environmental impact. The system is fully automatic with PLC operation and is designed for heavy-duty, compact, and efficient use. It comes packaged, pre-piped, and pre-wired for straightforward installation. With a capacity of handling 1,020 kg/h (2,249 lb/h) of revert CO2 gas, this system ensures optimal resource utilization and cost savings.
