Super Plast RMP-1 is a factory premixed sand based cement Plaster. Same product can be used for both internal & external application. RMP-1 can be directly applied in single coat on brick / block walls, concrete, calcium silicate blocks, AAC blocks etc. RMP-1 comprises of high quality ordinary portland cement, graded silica sand fibers and polymers. RMP-1 can be applied to a minimum thickness of 6mm to maximum of 15 mm in single coat. Where the thickness of application is more than 15 mm, Multiple coats at right interval is advised.

We have installed State-of-the Art ‘Pakona Columbia’ make PLC based, fully automatic batching plant. Our products confirm to IS grade. ASHTECH products are manufactured with best quality of raw materials like 53 grade OPC cement, Fly Ash Cement Additives, VSI Aggregates etc. We ensure proper curing and strength of the products.

With over 8 plants, 132 transit mixers and concrete pumps with an installed capacity of 570 cubic metres per hour / 5, 25, 000 cubic metres per annum, we ensure quality, quantity and timely supplies of RMC in Pune and Mumbai. We produce concrete in fully automated, state-of-the-art batching systems. This ensures untempered, high quality concrete to our customers. Our Ready Mix Concrete plants have been certified by the Ready mix concrete Manufacturer Association (RMCMC) quality scheme.

Excellent particle shape and consistent gradation are a direct result of Rock–On–Rock configuration. Crusher impact combined with high speed gives the unique resulting in production of high quality manufactured sand confirming to IS 383 with improved surface texture as like natural sand which enhance the strength of the concrete / mortar.
