The wastewater treatment plant AS-MONOcomp for 2 to 50 PE is intended for purification of municipal sewage. This SBR-type wastewater treatment plant (further as WWTP), with its purification process, is equipped with a blower controlled electronically by a microprocessor control unit, and optionally fitted with phosphorus-precipitating equipment and/or UV lamp for the sensitisation at the cleaned water discharge. 

A line of fully equipped domestic wastewater treatment plants designed for the treatment of sewage from single family homes. Based on a stable and reliable operation, the plant technology keeps energy consumption to a minimum. This technology uses aerobic biological processes that have been proven by long-term application in practice.

The wastewater treatment plant is designed for the treatment of sewage from permanently occupied buildings for 3 to 25 equivalent inhabitants. The treatment plant is equipped with membrane technology, which removes most viruses and bacteria from water. The treated water exhibits comparable quality to rainwater and can be used both for irrigation and as service water for the household.

Such equipment will prevent various accidents, and in wastewater treatment plants equipped with membranes, it will inform that the necessity of membrane replacements is nearing. In all such cases, the relevant operating organization will be notified in advance. The newly offered options are based on an information transmission system over the GSM network by SMS (short message service). 

The equipment is used for anaerobic pre-treatment of wastewater and consequent efficient separation of undissolved substances. AS-ANASEP is intended for treatment of wastewater from households and it can be advantageously used in irregularly inhabited buildings (summerhouses, weekend houses, etc.) or in places, where power supply is not available. In fact, this is a four-chamber septic tank arranged as a baffle-type anaerobic reactor with openings for the separation of undissolved substances. The flow through the septic tank is optimised according to a mathematical model well proven in practice – this provides for the maximum utilisation of all spaces available.

AS-ZEON biological soil filter has been designed as a second stage treatment beyond a septic tank or wastewater treatment unit. It is patent-protected equipment, which owing to its unique design and wastewater treatment method provides for an easy operation and high purification efficiency even in irregularly inhabited building, such as weekend houses. The biological filter works exclusively on a mechanical-biological principle without any demand for power supply.

AS-ANAZON is a wastewater treatment plant consisting of two sections – the AS-ANASEP anaerobic separator and the AS-ZEON vertical biofilter. The AS-ANAZON wastewater treatment plant can be advantageously used in places without a permanent supply of wastewater, such as cottages, summerhouses, or recreation facilities in general. In addition, AS-ANAZON can be used everywhere with suitable gradient conditions, where the wastewater treatment process is to be implemented without any demand for energy.

The AS-GEOFLOW system is designed for underground, capillary suspended drip irrigation of active vegetation areas. In fact, this is an internal drainage system of pretreated wastewater from highquality biological septic tanks, artificial or natural wastewater treatment plants.

The AS-PUMP domestic pumping stations (pump shafts, pump sumps) are designed for the re-pumping of wastewater, rainwater, and groundwater from households to pressure or gravity sewers.

The septic tanks (plastic tanks) of ASIO, spol. s r.o. are made by welding structural elements and boards made of integral polypropylene or polyethylene and their copolymers, both homogeneous as well as lightweight. At the customer’s request, the plastic tanks may be equipped with technological partitions or various technological openings for the connection of pipelines. Septic tanks are normally designed as closed tanks with a non-supporting plastic lid or with a cast-iron cover suitable for walking on. The plastic tanks may be produced as food-grade tanks enabling contact with food. The septic tanks are waterproof, as defined by ÈSN 75 0905. The structural design and static verification of plastic tanks are based on the modern calculation method of end elements.
