ASLAN TECHNOLOGIES hollow fiber UltraFiltration drinking water systems are available in a range of sizes from short single bank modules to tall twin bank modules ranging from 18 - 630 USgpm nominal capacities with typical system recovery of 95%. These drinking water systems meet NSF/ANSI 61 guidelines and are equipped with an automatic integrity verification to meet the most stringent applications. Aslan - Nanofiltration (NF) Process System
Aslan’s NF systems are available in custom configurations for use in industrial and potable water purification applications. These filters reject particles in the 0.001 - 0.01µm range to filter suspended solids, most organic molecules, and a percentage of dissolved salts. Similar to RO, Nano Filters have a high rejection of divalent salts such as calcium and magnesium - which are responsible for hardness in water - but have lower rejection of monovalent salts such as sodium and chloride. Nano filters present optimal alternatives to softeners as their ultra-fine filtration capabilities remove salt, eliminate pesticides, and reduce color.

Aslan - Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) System
Aslan’s SBR wastewater treatment systems utilize biological processes to treat the wastewater of small communities and municipalities. Our systems are available in several sizes, to meet any application. The unique combination of equipment, software, and automated activated sludge process allows these systems to operate under non-steady state conditions. Our SBRs are equipped with monitoring and control systems which provide the flexibility associated with working in a time sequence rather than in a space sequence in the same tank. SBR tanks are a single step process because of the integration of both the equalization aeration and sedimentation in a time sequence and the ability to control different temperature.

Aslan - Model ASL - pH Mini Neutralization System
Our patent pending pH system draws wastewater from a sump or equalization tank and adds acid or caustic to neutralize contaminants to discharge limits as programmed by the operator. If influent enters the system that has an unacceptable pH level, the discharge valves close and begin to treat the wastewater. The discharge valves will automatically open when the desired pH level is reached. During the time when the discharge is paused, the system continues to draw influent and fill the reactor tank to its maximum volume. When the reactor reaches the highest level, recirculation through the overflow continues with the sump. During this condition, the maximum natural neutralization can be realized due to recirculation of the entire system volume. This allows for the most stable and cost effective neutralization characteristics.

The Dual Function Continuous (DFC) and DFC-Mini series provide continuous feeds of aged polymers or chemicals, eliminating the need for age tanks and their associated mixers. The DFC series incorporates more traditional types of batch make-down systems where a volumetric feeder is engineered to combine the two basic stages of polymer make-down into a single machine. The DFC Series is the complete answer to dry polymer make-down with neat liquid feed backup. A completely aged and activated solution can be prepared with either a DRY or NEAT LIQUID polymer source.
