A high performance pump customized to your needs; With our diverse standard and high performance gear pump range we are able to serve all your needs and respond to any challenge. Our gear pumps are robust, self-priming and are designed for your specific application. On demand, we can provide external gear pumps which API, ATEX, TR-CU 10, TR-CU 12 and TA Luft compliant External gear pumps are self-priming, non-pulsating and reversible pumps that work best on clean, lubricating fluids with a viscosity thicker than water. Two gear teeth, one idler and one driver, mesh together to transfer the liquid. Because of the balanced construction and bearings on both sides of the shafts, the pumps are capable of non-pulsating flow and high pressures.

The adhesive application systems generally consist of a pumping system, dosing devices (electronic dispensing pumps or gear pumps), application valves and application heads. To guarantee that manufacturing can start quickly at the installation location within a few days, we build the complete system in our factory on a stable base frame in advance and put it into operation.

Multi-lane parts conveyor belt behind a press line. For the removal of sheets with complicated or vaulted forms and thin sheet thickness, we recommend the use of our multi-lane belt conveyor. These usually consist of 3 individual belts, the height and width of which can be adjusted. With that, the part form belts can be adjusted and thus, prevent, for example, that the parts vibrate around. If a position-exact part feeding is required, servo-motors are used.

Multi-lane drive belt conveyor for board feeders and intersecting lines. Another case of application for our conveyor belts are board feeders or intersecting lines. For this, we deliver width and length interchangeable drive belt conveyors. For transporting magnetic sheets, permanent or shifting magnets are integrated into the basic profile. Our chain conveyors are put to use for the transport of heavy containers or board transport pallets or together with lifting measures for assemblies. Either simple, duplex or triplex chains are used for the transport, depending on the required carrying weight. A load is removed on a steel V-ledge for good movement characteristics.

The tilting table is designed for the vertical takeover and subsequent 90° tilt of the Steel-Coils.
