The Angle Seat Valve is a 2/2-way pneumatically actuated piston valve for liquids, gases, steam and some aggressive fluids (vacuum services also.) The superior design of the piston is unique to the market, enabling the plug to retract farther from the flow path, ensuring the highest flow capacity. The dual packing design, and a large diameter self aligning stem insures the highest cycle life. A full range of accessory items are available including limit switches, solenoid valves, manual override devices, stroke limiters.

The Assured Automation E Series & P Series pneumatic actuators offer a simple and cost effective solution for your valve automation needs. For use on quarter turn (90 degree) ball valves, plug valves, dampers, and resilient seated butterfly valves. These are rack and pinion style actuators which have even torque output through the entire 90° rotation of the stroke.

The Assured Automation V4 Series electric actuators offer a simple and cost effective solution for your valve automation needs. For use on quarter turn (90°) ball valves 1/4" to 1" in size. This compact industrial unit has external wire leads eliminating the need to open the unit (for on/off units - modulating units have an internal terminal strip).

The VA Series combines a pneumatic actuator and fast on-off control valve into one body, eliminating packing glands, actuators and mounting kits. There are no exposed moving parts, eliminating pinch points and increasing operator safety. Since the actuator is part of the valve, costs are greatly reduced when compared to standard actuated valves. Operating life has been tested to well over 1,000,000 cycles, the balanced design reduces friction and wear. The stroke is linear and parallel to the flow, dramatically reducing the required force to close or open the valve. The internal waterway design was designed for optimum flow characteristics.

Assured Automation’s VIP-EVO series High Pressure Coaxial Valves with Integral pneumatic actuator are extremely compact, fast-acting on-off valves. This compact design provides for a streamlined installation while using less air for each cycle. They have a long life of up to 300,000 cycles which is 9 to 10 times that of the same size ball valve. Complete accessories including solenoid valves for use as pilot valves and limit switches for position indication are available and will be pre-installed at the factory.

VAX Series coaxial valves have been proven in the control of vacuum and gaseous, liquid, gelatinous, highly viscous and contaminated media. Coaxial valves are suitable for a very broad variety of applications and exceed expectations even under the harshest conditions. The design of the valves allows high flow rates to be controlled even at zero or full pressure drop. The VAX...E or VAX...P series are available in 2/2-way and 3/2-way versions with threaded ports. They feature complete pressure balancing - pressure drop has no effect on the valves switching characteristics.

The 26 is a full port, 316 stainless steel, NPT threaded end automated ball valve. It can be equipped with a manual handle or with direct mount pneumatic or electric actuators. The direct mount actuators eliminate the valve-actuator mounting kit, which adds unnecessary height and expense. A full range of accessory items are available including limit switches, solenoid valves, positioners and manual override devices.
