The traditional beam and block flooring system involves laying precast, prestressed concrete floor beams across or between walls which are then infilled with concrete blocks.

Our precast Hollowcore floor units give you a fast working platform, reducing deadweight whilst also providing the maximum efficiency within the slab depth.

These concrete blocks will suit many applications including retaining walls, sea defences, river/flood erosion prevention, traffic diversion, worker protection, bulk storage, security walling, temporary shelters, or temporary walling for bays. The applications are endless!

Atlas Concrete Ltd designs and manufactures modular precast lift shaft units, including lift shaft pits, mechanical housings, and capping lids for easy on-site installation. Various sections of the lift shaft system are simply installed one on top the other on pre-prepared foundations. Door openings and cast-in inserts and channels can be accommodated within the manufacturing process, to meet lift manufacturers’ requirements.

Atlas Concrete are specialists in precast concrete staircase and landing design, manufacture, and installation. With an experienced team and a dedicated production facility, we produce both simple standard flights as well as complex bespoke staircase and precast concrete landing units. Concrete stairs are used in residential and commercial buildings, an ideal method of providing access to all levels.

Atlas Concrete Ltd designs, manufactures and supplies bespoke precast concrete Terrace units, precast concrete steps and precast concrete stairs, all made to suit customers’ individual requirements. Associated products include precast concrete treads, risers, landings, floors, planks, and slabs. Slip resistant and visual contrast inserts and lifting points can be cast into our precast stairs and precast steps. Cast-in inserts are ideal for areas where visibility is poor and / or where wet or greasy conditions are likely to be a problem.

Made to our standard high strength concrete mix, we supply these gate stoops with holes for hanging brackets already precast.
