Cylindrical wedge wire is one of popular forms of v wire filters applied for sizing and water treatment. Most recent projects of Atlas is to supply wedgewire cylinders to Bulgaria and Singapore. Materials are commonly ss 304 and ss316.

We supply metal wire vibratory screen supplied in standard accessories / OEM for Various Shale Shakers and Motion Solid Control Devices. Our vibrating shaker screen is mainly used in oil drilling mud process, coal mine and various ore dressing and other industrial sifting screening. The screen panels can be designed with multi-layer or single layer flat panels, with or without backing plate support.

PPS screen is the primary element for sand control water well screen which consists of perforated base pipe, stainless steel filtration jacket with punched slot, and backup ring. The base pipe is of API casing or API tubing with many drilled holes. The filtration jacket with punched slot is made of high quality stainless steel, and the spatial slot in high dense array over it is achieved by digital control precise punching. In the end, the filtration jacket with punched slot is welded onto the perforated base pipe through backup ring. We supply following Precise Punched Slot (PPS) Screens.

Atlas supplies wedge wire well screens in LCG (Low Carbon Galvanized) material, SS204 and SS 304 material. Slot sizes: 0.2mm, 0.25mm 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm and custom sizes. Re-rolled Screen with the Welded Bar and Micron Slot Size for Sand Control in water wells. This type of wedge wire well screen has a re-rolled construction. The spacing or gap between the support rod is precise. The sizes of the wire diameter and the rod depend on the depth of the well. The wire is v shaped axial wire, the support rod can be round, triangle shape. Axial wire diameters: 0.1mm, 0.25mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1.00mm. Reverse rolled wedge wire screen materials can be low carbon galvanized (LCG) and stainless steel (SS). The well screen`s OD outside diameter is decided by the ID of the well and the casing pipe, the ID of the screen depends on the pump. The connection of the well screen is welding or thread.The unit length of the reverse rolled well screen is 2.9m or 5.8m. The carbon steel screen is galvanized to prolong the life of the screen.
