The BRILLANT 200 is an especially user-friendly wet abrasive cutting machine with manual cut-off. Opening the machine folds away the hood to the inside so that the whole cutting chamber is easily accessible. The round window opens a wide field of view during the cutting process.The cutting wheel cooling is integrated directly into the wheel guarding cover. The large, stainless table is equipped with replaceable wearing plates. Transverse grooves allow optimized alignment of clamping vices (e. g. clamping vice 80).

The BRILLANT 210 A is a flexible precision cut-off machine to be used with cut-off wheels up to a diameter of 203 mm/8”. The compact model is equipped with an automatic feed but also allows to perform cuts manually with a hand-lever. The optionally available clamping arm with a built-in force-sensor ensures low-deformation cuts thanks to a precise, force-controlled feed rate.

Some separation processes require taking of several samples from a specimen and a corresponding number of cuts in different angular positions. This often means an additional expense for the re-clamping of the sample and possibly the use of additional clamping tools.The new Brillant 3D is equipped with 5 axis (X-, Y-, Z-, D-, E-axis). This allows positioning and cutting of the sample in nearly all arbitrary positions to the cut-off wheel.

The universal wet abrasive cut-off machine Brillant 255 with manual travel and fine dynamic cutting allows precise, soft touch cutting with 2 axes in arbitrary directions (Y/X axis) and can be equipped with a manual Z-axis for parallel serial cuts (option).

The Opal X-Press is a modular hot mounting press for fast and simultaneous, independent mounting of different materialographic specimens.The modularity of the Opal X-Press allows for optimum configuration for different sample sizes according to customer requirements.

The OPAL 410 is a fully hydraulic, water cooled hot mounting press for mounting samples before polishing. The process sequence is executed automatically. Mould assemblies can be exchanged quickly and without tools.The robust aluminium construction is powder coated. With its solid construction and ATM hydraulic system, the operating noise of the hot mounting press is minimized. Our comprehensive selection of mould assemblies from Ø 25.2-40 mm and different pressure methods enable optimum mounting of your sample. Two mounts can be produced simultaneously with the use of a spacer.

The JADE 700 is a stable wet double-belt grinder for deburring and pre-grinding of samples or other materials. It is possible to use belts with 2 different grain sizes simultaneously. Waste material generated is drained-off by water supply.

The SAPHIR 250 M1 is a manual, single-wheel grinding and polishing machine for working wheels Ø 200/250 mm. The start / stop button withilluminated status display and the rotary switch with scale and integrated boost button allow for intuitive operation. A spin cycle function (Cleaning Boost) helps to spin dry the grinding and polishing medium at 750 rpm at the end of the preparation process within 3 seconds and then turns off the device.
