ATM - Tank Liners
One of the problems you may encounter when you decide to hand your tank liners, HDPE liners, and pond liners installation to companies which lack required basic experience to supply and install them, is damage within a short period. At ATM, we do things professionally, taking into consideration that our reputation is always at stake when we carry out liner supply and installation.
ATM - GRP Tanks
Glass Reinforced Polypropylene (GRP) Panel Tanks are square in shape and are usually manufactured in 1m x 1m square sectional panels. When these panels are bolted together with gaskets in between, they can form a large area inside a room, suitable for storing liquids from 2000 litres up to 1 mega litre (1,000,000 litres). The square GRP Tanks are best suited for projects which are critical on space such as those found in high rise buildings, hospitals, processing plants and shopping centres. GRP tanks can generally be supplied and installed within an eight (8) week turnaround and have even more versatility in design options then their round tank counterparts. These tanks can be constructed in many variations of a polygon including wrapping around buildings column. They can also be manufactured to include an external or internal structure, bladder, spray on waterproofing or gasket, roof or no roof, be galvanised, stainless steel, epoxy coated or more.
ATM - Square Tanks
Square tanks are usually manufactured in square sectional panels which, when bolted together with gaskets in between, can form a large area inside a room suitable for storing liquids from 2000 litres up to 1 mega litres (1,000,000 litres).
ATM - Round Tanks
Advantages and Disadvantages of Panel Tanks; Steel panel tanks, also known as modular tanks, have a number of advantages and disadvantages over their counterparts. The goal of this article is to provide quality, concise, information for assisting consultants, engineers and project managers with making the best decisions regarding specifications and procurement best suited for application requirements.
ATM - FRP Ladder
Made only from non corrosive and non metallic materials, FRP ladders are the leading ladder product in the industry. These ladders are durable and meet the standards for both domestic and commercial use. The design includes protruded sections using non corrosive brackets, bolts and nuts.
ATM - FRP Grating
FRP Grating, also known as Fibreglass Grating is a durable, non corrosive and high tensile grating that is able to withstand the harshest weather conditions. Having been used in the Gulf of Mexico for over 3 decades, FRP Grating has demonstrated its ability to weather natural and chemical elements.
ATM - Walkways and Handrails
Walkways and Handrails can be used as an accessory to FRP Grating. Constructed from composite materials, walkways and handrails are able to withstand harsh weather conditions and demonstrate superior resistance to deformation. The modular (no welding) assembly makes installation easy and efficient and complements FRP grating to create a safe environment.
ATM - Asbestos Removal
Asbestos is notorious for its harmful effects on health and safety. Removing asbestos is highly technical and should only be attempted by highly skilled technicians. Assessing the scope of the project is critical to the successful and safe removal of asbestos from the structure. Because we are 100% committed to Occupational Safety and Health, our staff is trained regularly in personal health and safety precautions and in the safety requirements for site containment before, during and after the decontamination. ATM staff are knowledgeable in the different materials containing asbestos and the varied uses in commercial, industrial and domestic structures.
ATM - Liquid Rubber
An effective waterproofing application using liquid rubber paint requires a minimum of a 2mm thick spray coating to be applied after the usual appropriate blasting, cleaning, preparation, caulking and/ or masking. One litre of spray applied coating will cover 1 square meter at 1mm thick. Once the recommended 2mm thickness is applied, it generally takes up to 5 days of drying time using an extraction system and moisture monitoring equipment.
