The Auroras Wireless Temperature Sensor AU03-10T0B measures the temperature in a range between -55°C and +125°C (-67°F and +257°F). This wireless sensor is easy to install on a wide range of machines, plants, warehouses, supply nodes and a variety of tools. It’s not invasive, no modification is need. The Auroras Wireless Vibration Sensor AU03-55C8G measures the mechanical vibration of the machine structure resulting from the cutting and axes movements process to detect missing tools, broken tools, axes faults and severe process faults. It can also be used to monitor excessive vibration on bearings or spindles. This wireless sensor is easy to install on both new and existing machines. It was designed for use on machining centers with a wide variety of tools. Auroras’ wireless gas sensors are designed for the continuous monitoring of toxic and combustible gases in the air. No complicated configuration is needed. Our wireless sensors are plug and play. The coordinator will collect all the data from the wireless sensor. Data logging is available. You can also set triggers and rules to drive the remote wireless relay module for audio/visual alarms, Emergency Shut Downs (ESD) and Active system for cleaning the air.

The monitoring system SAVE GRAPE integrates the weather station functions with a vineyard management software.
