Hinged type pin drive Master Bushing for 37½” - 49½” Rotary Table is as per API-7K specification for drilling operations. With the help of Insert Bowls, it is capable to handle Drill Collar, Tubings and Casing ranging from 2-3/8” to 13-3/8”. It can be removed from the rotary table to pass large diameter bit and pipe connections directly through the Rotary table and it has all the performance features of a solid master bushing. It is used with optional insert bowl no. 1,2 or 3 to handle different sizes of tubular. The Master Bushing will get locked into the rotary table with its latch. Locking latches are provided to lock the bowls into the bushing. Master Bushing is also equipped with retainer pins to prevent them from falling out when the hinges are opened.

Solid Body Pin Drive Master Bushing as per API-7K specification suitable for 27-½" .The advantage of using Pin Drive Master Bushings makes it possible to use extended split bowls in the rotary table while the Kelly bushing is in operation. Extended bowls provide better slip back ups & this back up is made to be used for running in heavier tubular strings without string failure due to bottle necking. Master Bushing with appropriate insert bowl in use can hold maximum of 500 tons string load. These Master Bushings are provided with locks to secure the bowls into the bushings.

Autobahn Industries has developed special type Split Types Pin Drive Master Bushing suitable for 27.5" API Rotary Table as per API-7K specifications which can handle tubular size from 2-3/8" to 13-3/8" OD with the help of bowl no. 1,2 & 3 and Master Bushing designed to handle string load of 500 ton.

Keeping in view the requirement of shallow to medium depth well these models are available API-7K specification suitable for 27-½" Rotary Tables. The PSP (Pin Drive Split Type) model are having standard taper of Bowl No. 3 as per API to handle tubular size from 2.3/8” to 8.5/8”. This allows the use of extra long SDXL slips required for heavier load. Rise in taper by 2-½”, makes all slips rise by 2-½” which makes slip handling easier. This rise of slips distributes the load uniformly in the bushing resulting in less wear & tear of table bore. Additionally this taper provides 50% more slip support resulting in better load managing capability. 27½” Master Bushing designed to handle string load upto 500 ton.

The extended bowls can be used in two sizes as per API for different sizes of tubular from 2.3/8" to 10.3/4".Extended bowls provide better slip back ups & this back up is made to be used for running in heavier tubular strings without string failure due to bottle necking. These Master Bushings are provided with locks to secure the bowls into the bushings.

When the casing is run into the drilled hole it is desired that casing string must be aligned with the center of the hole and casing can be rotated during cementing operations. This ensures placement of cement slurry uniformly around the casing for a good cement bonding between casing and borehole. Casing Bushing is a split bushing and is also interchangeable with Varco Casing Bushing. Casing Bushing is designed to handle string load upto 500 ton. Different sizes of insert bowls can also be used in these bushings to lower different sizes of casing pipes.
