Among metal gaskets, the Chesterton Camprofile stands out for its outstanding performance in emissions control and industrial applications with virtually no detectable leakage. Because it accommodates a wide range of gasket stresses, this semi-metallic gasket is ideal for plant standardization.

Chesterton 185 Expanded, Form-In-Place Spooled Joint Sealant is 100% virgin PTFE with micro-fibrillated internal structure for excellent stability. A micro-fibrillated structure turns ordinary PTFE into a dimensionally strong, creep-resistant gasket material. 185 provides a long-lasting, high-reliability seal with minimum re-torque requirements. It is soft and pliable, to conform to worn or uneven surfaces, and easy to use. Lay out complex shapes fast with 185 and eliminate waste from cut sheet.  Self-adhesive strip holds the joint sealant in place for easy assembly in the shop or in the field. 185 PTFE Joint Sealant Kit Reorder No. 004801. Kit includes four spool sizes: 3/16", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2".

Chesterton`s General Bearing Seal includes positive-contacting face seals that minimize atmospheric contaminants from migrating into the housing area. The use of simple lip seals in process pump applications typically creates a vicious cycle of unnecessary downtime as lip seals groove the shaft, progressively losing their compressive seal as well as damaging the shaft.  Chesterton`s General Bearing Seal (GBS) eliminates grooving on the shaft, improves MTBM, and increases the overall reliability of the gearbox.

Chesterton 1730 Mill Pack™ thermoset fiber packing provides outstanding heat resistance while maintaining excellent leakage control and reduced power consumption. Rugged, easy-to-use thermoset fiber packing controls leakage effectively while it is kind to shafts. 1730 Mill Pack provides high reliability in the most demanding applications. It is resistant to heat and will not glaze like common paper mill packings, even at high shaft speeds.

The 1210 is a balanced dual seal in a component-style design. This seal combines the Chesterton 880/440 rotary units with a self-aligning stationary (SAS) ceramic seat. This proven technology provides long-lasting performance in challenging applications. Because the 1210 uses separate rotary faces, it allows for a wide variety of materials to help match the application requirements—offering true flexibility and reliability in a component design.

Simple Installation & Increased Reliability for General Duty Applications. Designed for upgrading equipment sealed with packing or component style mechanical seals, the 150 single seal makes general industry sealing simple, reliable, and affordable. With a compact cartridge profile designed to fit standard ANSI/ISO process pumps, the seal is engineered to install easily and reliably. The single screw clamp lock ring design (150L) further increases efficiency and reduces installation error.

As with all split seals, it offers easy installation and replacement without the need for teardowns.
