The External Wall Mounted Packaged Air Conditioners are robustly designed and constructed for use in hazardous area in offshore, Refinery and Petrochemical environment, for pressurisation (ventilation).

Analysers are selected to give excellent performance for the detection of emissions gasses such as CO, SO2, NOx, VOC, HCl and others. These systems are designed to meet applicable international standards.

Axis Engineering provides customized Steam & Water Sampling Systems (SWAS) which provides safe, fast and accurate analysis. Steam and Water Analysis Systems (SWAS) are used at power plants to automatically analyse and display critical information about the purity and condition of water and steam in the power cycle. The plant operators and chemists use the data from the analysers to ensure that they are maintaining the proper chemistry to eliminate or minimize corrosion damage to turbines, boilers, heat exchangers and piping and maximize efficiency and plant life.

Process analyser sampling systems are critical to the analysers themselves performance, and consequently to the customer plant’s production control and quality, and our optimized system provides exceptional analysis performance. Many of the problems faced with the analyzer operation and maintenance are related to their sample conditioning systems, either their design, the components selection, or the system assembly.

Axis Engineering designs and fabricates Manual Samplers to allow the plant operators to grab process samples, ensuring a representative sample, on composition and characteristics, to be taken and analysed by the Plant Laboratory personnel, and keeping the safety of the operators as a key point of the Manual Samplers. The Manual Samplers can be of different types, mounted on plate or inside enclosure, for liquid samples or gas samples, with tube or pipe depending on characteristics of samples… If required samples probes would be manufactured according piping specifications.
