AXsensor - Measurement of Liquid Levels for Distribution
The AXsensor Liquid Level Monitoring System is designed to measure liquid levels with precision and efficiency. It operates by emitting a low-frequency acoustic pulse across a waveguide to assess the surface level of liquid stored in tanks. This system is energy-efficient, powered by a lithium battery that can last between 3 to 10 years, and minimizes electronic complexity by positioning all electronics outside the tank. The sensor boasts a compact design with dimensions of 110 x 80 x 25 mm and does not require additional electrical protection due to its battery-powered nature. Capable of measuring levels from 0-3 meters, it provides a resolution of 0.1 mm with an accuracy of +/- 5 mm under normal conditions. Communication is facilitated via LoRaWAN and Sigfox networks, ensuring reliable data transmission over long distances. This device is suitable for various applications, including water and sewage monitoring, supported by its robust design able to operate in temperatures ranging from -20 to +50 degrees Celsius.
