Abrasive Blasters
Schmidt - Abrasive Blasters
This miniBlaster is a pressure hold system. The blast pot retains pressure when the deadman control is released, minimizing abrasive loss with start-up and shut-down and providing faster response. Thompson Valve II controls.
Schmidt - Abrasive Blasters
Portable blaster with wheels. MV 2I/ComboValve abrasive metering valve and controls.
Schmidt - Abrasive Blasters
This popular system features the fine abrasive metering capabilities of the MV 3/ComboValve controls, VBS II™ blowdown suppression for safe and quieter blowdown and one of the lowest pressure drops in the industry for added productivity.
Bulk Blasters
Schmidt Halok - Bulk Blasters
Normally closed, fail-safe valves and controls. High flow auto air valves standard for maximum productivity. Standard 1600 cfm moisture separator for consistent abrasive flow. Available as stationary or mounted on highway and yard trailers. Skid and Fork Pocket Skid options. Standard 150 psi ASME code pressure vessel. 12” x 16” manway. Optional bag rack with pipe stubs for abrasive loading. 3” bottom flanged port for easy vessel clean-out.

Multi-Media Blasters
Schmidt - Multi Media Blasters
The ideal solution for small and delicate jobs, the mini M-Series boasts the same precise abrasive metering and blast control of its larger counterparts while weighing just 90 pounds.
Schmidt - Multi Media Blasters
The Schmidt M-Series blasters are our most versatile blasters available. Use these blasters with virtually any abrasive media, from sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and other fine abrasives to steel grit. One blaster does it all! Includes regulated pressure controls and full port bypass to blast at low to high pressures, a media vibrator to help ensure smooth, even flow of abrasive and the precise metering capabilities of the Thompson Valve II. Comes standard with slotted sleeve for abrasives 80 grit and finer, which are used in a majority of applications. Add the optional tungsten sleeve for larger abrasive sizes and to maximize the range of the M-Series blaster.
Blast & Recovery Systems
Schmidt - Blast and Recovery Systems
The miniBRS system is a compact and easily maneuverable abrasive blaster that blasts and then recovers spent abrasive, contaminants and dust in the same step, eliminating the need for containment. Unlike other systems on the market, the miniBRS has an ergonomic design, a lightweight yet durable blast head and smaller diameter, lighter weight hoses that are sized to match the system—all to make the miniBRS exceptionally easy and comfortable to use. Operator fatigue is reduced and productivity is higher with this system. Designed to deliver powerful performance over a range of blasting pressures in a compact package. Blast and recover at up to 200 feet away from the unit. Operates on just a 185 cfm compressor.
Metering Valves and Controls
Schmidt Thompson - Valve
The next-generation valve in the Thompson Valve line. Shuts off abrasive flow to the nozzle and seals the tank at the same instant. Ideal for multiple outlet use. Offers significant improvements over the original Thompson Valve designed to improve performance, make servicing easier and extend service life. Faster response, finer control. More sleeve choices available to accommodate a wider range of abrasives and applications. The abrasive airblast industry`s choice for abrasive metering and control.
AirPrep Systems
Schmidt AirPrep - After Cooler System (ACS)
Behind insufficient air supply, moisture is the second largest enemy to blasting productivity. Wet air causes flash rusting, clogs blast pots with damp abrasives, damages control valves and reduces blasting productivity. Blasting operations that simply add a Schmidt® AirPrep System have documented increased production of 12 to 15%. Schmidt AirPrep Systems stand alone in the industry: they are manufactured to provide the highest levels of air treating capability with extremely low pressure drop. Available in your choice of aftercoolers or air dryers.
